WeAreChange.org attends a Critical Mass gathering in New York City during the summer. Critical Mass started in 1992 in San Francisco as an organized event to promote bicycle transportation but has evolved over the years as a loose gathering of people who enjoy biking, roller blading and other means of alternative transportation. Throughout the years a central location and time have been established in cities around the world and therefore there is no need for an organizer. Since 2006 the mainstream press has attempted to define Critical Mass as a "demonstration". They also call it "monthly political-protest rides" despite the absence of signs or speeches.
Police have been frustrated by the fact that there is no organization to force permits and fees upon. To combat this the city has passed laws requiring a Parade Permit for over 50 riders. They then just start pulling people over and if they can't get them on bike laws, such as required lights and helmets, they move on to intimidating them. The weakest tend to get fined or arrested and the ones that stand up for their rights tend to walk.
In this video you will see several travesties of justice. A gentleman appears dressed as a preacher and brings a cheerleader megaphone to remind the police of the constitution. He is arrested, even though he breaks no law including the new sound amplification laws that require a permit for bullhorns. Pedestrians are allowed to walk freely around the area and on sidewalks however people with cameras are not.
Police refuse to give badge numbers. Police move camera people away from areas where arrests are being performed. Police state that simply standing on the sidewalk filming is "dangerous" as a reason to get them to leave. Police video anyone filming events as a means of intimidation. Police state that lining up police vans and scooter patrols as well as bringing captains and other suits to the scene ahead of time is not meant to intimidate people. Incidentally, we saw no gatherings of over 50 at any time in one place on the streets.
Perhaps there should be a law that requires the police to obtain permission for 50 or more of them to assemble without a reason!

Five minutes after the email was sent, WeAreChange contacted the local Plainfield NH Police. The female dispatcher said that she did not have any reports about shots fired. About 15 minutes later Dan Riley went live on We The People Radio and described shots fired and movement on the north side of the house. Branches breaking in the woods and movement around the generator shed. Scouting teams were sent out and movement continued around the house for the next hour. They heard a single shot and then a series of bursts of rounds going off around 50 yards from the house.
2:37 am Jack Blood reported he talked with Elaine Brown. Things appear stable at this point.
3:15 am Dan Riley called back in to WTPRN to report that at 3am he still heard noises coming from the woods.
4:10 am Dan called back to report that he still hears noises in the woods.
4:22 am Dan called back to report "they are shaking Jim's trailer up there, trying to provoke them" "Jim called and said they are shaking the hell out of my trailer" "Jim is a friend of Ed and Elaine brown" -also confirmed by Elaine Brown via Jack Blood at 4:30am
4:55 am Ed Called in to say that he would not be intimidated. Everyone is safe for now.
5:20 am Dan said they were shaking the trailer 15 minutes prior about 70 yards away from the house again. Jim came on the line. He said that he heard someone running and then they banged on the back of the RV. Jim is unarmed.
5:25 am "this is Jim the guy in the trailer. I'm outside the rv now. The past 2 hours in the rv was pretty scary. the first thing when I come out of the house to my rv, to do a little recon , its well known I don't carry a weapon, they know that. I hear someone running, it sounded like there was something right by me. Maybe about an hour ago they actually came up and banged on the side of my rv and started rocking it. Just before dawn, 15-20 minutes ago they banged on the back of my RV and I couldn't reach anybody down at the house, Elaine's phone wasn't working, couldn't get a hold of Danny. They know I don't have a weapon. I'm walking down the drive way toward the house now.... I'm in, I'm in the house" - Jim is now inside the Brown house
5:36 am We contacted WMUR (800-257-5151 x1) and spoke to a rep in the news department who answered the phone. He confirmed that the police department would not confirm any of the events. I asked if he was listening to the WPTRN radio feed and he said they were. In summary, WMUR in Manchester is fully aware of the situation, but choosing not to act.

Anti-War Activists hit the streets at 5pm on Wednesday in front of the Armory Building in Allentown, PA. News traveled fast as word of Korey Rowe's arrest hit the internet. Activists were stunned to here that a new case of desertion had been brought against the Loose Change Co-Creator. 9/11 truthers from around the area converged on the anti-war march that featured Cindy Sheehan.
Phil from Easton proudly held up a sign that said "FREE KOREY ROWE" that called for the government to stop this obvious government harassment. When asked about why he felt that Korey was targeted for arrest at this time, his answer was similar to other's in the crowd, "Loose Change Final Cut" This was the number one reason why most people felt it had happened.
Cindy Sheehan had already been briefed on the situation before her arrival. When asked how she felt about it she said that this is the time to stand together. More than half of the people polled in the march had seen Loose Change. Other activists had brought 911 Truth Now Signs and didn't seem to need them because someone had already peppered the streets with them. Throughout the city we saw them as we marched approximately 2 miles through downtown.
Emergency Street Action
Back in New York at 4PM, members of We Are Change mobilized for an emergency street action in Times Square at the Armed Forces Recruitment Station on Broadway.
On July 4th, Manny Badillo who lost his uncle Thomas J. Sgroi, 45 years old, in the World Trade Center Towers on September 11th, was attending a convention in Philadelphia calling for Anti-War and other groups to join forces in exposing the lies of 9/11. While taking a break outside he noticed a news van setting up for a story. He asked if others in attendance would join with him to demand that the media cover his story.
WeAreChange.org members and others quickly mobilized and supported Manny in his quest for fair reporting of the facts of 9/11.
Some onlookers and police scoffed at the idea that 9/11 was orchestrated by our government but I doubt that they knew that the former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania, Phillip Berg, was inside the building clearly stating that 9/11 was an inside job. I also wonder if they knew that Lt. Col. Bob Bowman, USAF, retired, who has a Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering from CalTech was also inside in full support of 9/11 Truth.
Other 9/11 Truth groups in attendance were Philly911Truth.org, Student Scholars for 911 Truth, 911TruthUAlbany.org and other groups from Vermont to Texas to Florida. Some people saw the LIVE SIMULCAST put out by WeAreChange.org and decided to get in their cars and drive to the convention.
Hundreds of people came and went in the LIVE CHAT room all day long. Comments were very positive for most of the speakers but the 9/11 family members received the most comments as well as a standing ovation. So much for the theory that family members don’t support 9/11 Truth.

Guiliani Administration Official Confirms Whistleblower Story Timeline
WeAreChange.org reporter Nate Evans attended an Emergency Management planning session in New York City. Henry Jackson, Deputy Commissioner for Technology and others were speaking to the public at a New York City Library to announce details of the new command center in Brooklyn. It was stated that the emergency command center in Building 7 was activated the morning of 9/11 and that people had arrived to work in it. However, after the second plane hit and before any collapse, the commissioner and the building management made the decision to evacuate.
These details match the timeline of the recent whistleblower who told Loose Change Producer Dylan Avery his account of that morning. Mr. Jackson states that the second plane had just hit when the decision to evacuate happened. The collapses happened approximately 50 plus minutes later. Therefore the decision to evacuate would put the whistleblower in the command bunker just after the evacuation but before the collapse. The whistle blower said he saw the towers still standing and the management center looked as though people had just left in a hurry. He then tells of an explosion in the building at the lower lobby area. Everything matches up.
The real question is who was in charge. Why would the "building management" be involved in telling the emergency management team to get out of the building? Who is the building management, Larry Silverstein Properties? For what purpose did they leave one of the best equipped command center's in the world? One could argue that the location was ideal in this situation since the towers were far from Building 7 but near the scene. Did they think there was another plane inbound to their location that could hit the 23rd floor? We are left with more questions.
Nate also confronted Henry Jackson about Rex84 and the 800 or so FEMA camps built. He seemed quite reluctant to answer questions on camera. Later Nate and another WeAreChange activist Alex Copp confronted Mr. Jackson outside about what they think happened on 9/11. He then tried to hail a police van. Maybe he was just going to turn himself in, I don't know.
On July 19, 2007 Newt Gingrich was at Stabler Arena on the campus of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He was speaking at Impact 07 which was raising money for local kid's programs. While signing autographs Mike Knarr from WeAreChange asked Newt whether he knew some of the high ranking military people who have gone on the record regarding 9/11. He acted as if he did know some of the names and didn't react negatively to the names but when told what the names were in regards to, his body language changed and he said they were "insane".
I held in my hand a paper that broke down the recent numbers from PatriotsQuestion911.com. At last count we have: 100+ Senior Military, Law Enforcement and Government Officials, 160+ Architects and Engineers, 140+ Professors, 110+ Survivors and Family Members, 80+ Entertainment and Media Professionals, who have gone on the record. Of course, who knows how many people they know in their own professions who won't go on the record.
Newt left little room for debate when he called these decorated combat vets who served their country, "Insane". He then said that anyone who thinks we weren't attacked by an "enemy" was insane. Well of course we were attacked by an enemy, but which enemy. Was this clever wording by Newt. At least we know where he stands on this issue now. He wasn't interested about my conversations with Col. Bob Bowman or Phillip Berg. National security doesn't seem to interest Newt.
I also held in my hand a picture of Newt at the Sonoma County Airport where they fly into the Bohemian Grove. He looked down at the picture and can see that he can't deny participation. His answer is bizarre, "I'm not there, I'm here" and left me so bewildered I had a hard time following up. He clearly didn't want to talk about it. Why didn't he say something like, I love to attend Bohemian Grove where my fellow government and corporate friends relax and have fun? Because he knows that's not what they do there.
Newt then spoke to a crowd of mostly conservatives who paid as much as $89 to hear him speak. While most of the speech was about our government being inept, the end was a fear mongering bonanza. Newt warned of biological attacks and talked about the recent Jersey terrorists. Of course he didn't talk about the 1,200+ U.S. citizens rounded up under the Patriot Act because no one has been found guilty of anything. Newt actually went as far as to say that if we didn't fight this war on terror harder, our women would wake up one day and have to put on a burqa.
Newt has not made a decision to run for president yet. Interestingly, this means he is not under campaign finance laws and can go around making money speaking. Is this the real reason behind him not announcing? Is it to avoid media scrutiny also? Well, I can assure Newt that the "new" media will be asking him lots of questions everywhere he goes.

John McCain appeared at the American Legion in Claremont, New Hampshire early Saturday morning, July 14th. As he greeted campaign staff and took questions from reporters, he was confronted by WeAreChange.org who asked him about his connections with Ed Failor. McCain confirmed that he knew Failor and that Failor had been working in some capacity for his presidential campaign. Ed Failor was the head of Iowa Tax Alliance who co-hosted the last televised presidential forum, an event that congressman man Ron Paul was not invited to participate in.
Senator McCain was also asked if he supported a new investigation into the 9-11 attacks and why he had been seen taking pictures with 9-11 truth activists. McCain seemed to be confused about this, as he was with every issue we put to him. Matt asked him if he was under some sort of mind control jokingly, but you never know.
Another member of WeAreChange asked if McCain's office could provide the law requiring citizens to file an income tax return to the residence of Ed and Elaine (family or clan of Brown) in an effort to avoid any confrontation with federal authorities. McCain gave the canned answer that the courts had ruled on this. When McCain was asked about the draft he seemed to think that a draft of Americans would not take place despite his support of compulsory service historically.
Campaign staff tried to push us away outside and some tried to block the camera with signs. Members of the McCain campaign did speak with WeAreChange later calmly and asked if we had confronted Giuliani or other candidates. We told them we confront everyone, every time we can.
Republican presidential candidate John McCain was literally overwhelmed by reporters from WeAreChange.org and Infowars.com seeking 9/11 truth during a campaign stop.
McCain, who wrote the forward to Popular Mechanics' Debunking 9/11 Myths, repeatedly told reporters, "I do not support a new investigation" and stated that he believes the "9/11 Commission did a good job."
But other reporters continued to hammer the complicit senator with further questions and demands for a new 9/11 investigation. Seemingly frustrated that he could not simply brush off 9/11 truthers, McCain retreated to his SUV where he entertained questions from the mainstream media only.
Staff members attempted to take away a bullhorn and remove alternative media from the site, but backed off at warnings not to assault the reporters or stifle the first amendment.
Reporters cited hundreds of witnesses, including police officers, firefighters and former janitor William Rodriguez, who all reported hearing bombs go off in the lower levels of the WTC towers-- accounts that contradict the basic findings of the 9/11 Commission.
McCain flatly told reporters that he did not support a new investigation and claimed to have "additional information," stating that he did not believe there was a cover-up.
If such settling "additional information" indeed exists, John McCain has an obligation to share it-- though the mere fact that he has withheld information about 9/11 from the public seems to directly point to a cover-up.
Reporters also asked McCain about links with Ed Failor of Iowans for Tax Relief who hosted the recent televised forum for Republican presidential candidates and expressly left out Congressman Ron Paul. John McCain admitted that Ed Failor was a paid staff member working for his campaign.
McCain wrote in Debunking 9/11 Myths, "Blaming some conspiracy within our government for the horrific attacks of September 11 mars the memories of all those lost on that day."
Yet when reporters emphasized the fact that it is family members of 9/11 victims who want a new investigation, McCain merely walks away.

Live Free or Die Concert
WeAreChange.org attended the Live Free or Die Concert at Ed and Elaine Brown's house in Plainfield, New Hampshire. Upon entering the property it was observed that a couple of local police were monitoring Center of Town Road. They waived at us as we drove through at about noon. They certainly didn't seem to care about our safety by warning us of some danger ahead, but rather tipped their hat so to speak as we drove by. How can the Plainfield Police say that they would refuse to send in emergency medical care because of the danger but not warn traveler's on the road?
The whole day was very festive with many bands and speakers filling the day's event. It would have been perfect if not for the homeland security helicopter buzzing around the entire day. However, most attendees were unaffected by the annoying sounds of the "Homeland Insecurity" chopper. In fact the net effect of this childish antic was to further consolidate the truth that Homeland Security is the new Gestapo more concerned with freedom loving Americans than protecting our borders. How many potential terrorists could have been stopped that day by flying the border instead of annoying concert goers.

Want to hear Doo Wop artists that make you “FealGood,” and enjoy a concert designed to help many 9/11 First Responders and their families?
Friend Entertainment, Ltd., along with the FealGood Foundation, will be hosting a “Doo-Wop for the First Responders of 9/11” concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 21 at Queens College's Kupferberg Center for the Performing Arts/Colden Auditorium.
All of the profits from the show will go to foundations for the families of the First Responders of 9/11, said Norman Wasserman, creator of Friend Entertainment.
The concert will include performances by original Doo-Wop artists: Johnny Maestro and the Brooklyn Bridge, The Duprees, Frankie Lymon's “Legendary” Teenagers, Jay Siegel and The Tokens, Vito Picone and The Elegants and Cleveland Still and The Dubs, according to Wasserman, who began the fund-raising organization 19 years ago.
Friend Entertainment organizes concerts for all kinds of events from New York to Las Vegas with mostly Doo-Wop and Motown acts, but this one, held at Queens College's Colden Center is a perfect venue because of its size and its “central location” to New Jersey, Manhattan and Long Island, Wasserman explained.
John Feal, creator of the FealGood Foundation, is the mastermind behind the First Responders Concert.
Feal was a construction worker who began demolition at the World Trade Center site on September 12. On September 17, an 8,000-pound steal beam fell on and crushed his left foot. He was hospitalized for 11 weeks and lost his foot.
“For a year, I was depressed and suicidal,” like many others who were injured at Ground Zero, Feal, explained. He tried to get worker's comp and appealed to the 9/11 relief fund, but he was turned down.
In 2003, he decided, “To stop feeling sorry for [him]self,” and devoted his life to making sure that 9/11 victims and their families received the care that they desperately need.
“It's time for people to help each other,” said Feal, who will also be donating a kidney to a man he met through his organization. “As a country, we took one on the chin and moved forward,” he explained, “but we cannot forget who we left behind.”
The FealGood Foundation, a non-profit organization Feal created to educate the public about the health effects of 9/11 First Responders, and gives 100 percent of their donations to First Responders to victims and their families, was born out of that determination to help others.
First Responders are anyone that was at Ground Zero, said Feal, “cops, firefighters, EMS, EMT, even civilians that were effected by 9/11 - we don't discriminate.
“This is no way for heroes to be treated,” he said of the men and women who worked tirelessly at Ground Zero - many even giving their lives.
Feal contacted Wasserman about the concert, he explained, as a way for the organization to “step it up a notch and make it bigger,” to help all who were affected. Along with other apparel, the foundation will also be selling limited edition Doo-Wop t-shirts on its web site, www.fealgoodfoundation.com.
“We're at 6 years, and its catastrophic now,” he explained of the problems 9/11 victims and their families deal with, and of the lack of help they receive. “Usually fundraising is a lot smaller,” he said about the organization. “We wanted to help on a bigger scale.”
Feal plans to hold another concert in December, and next year make them a more regular event.
The July 21 concert will be held at the Colden Auditorium of the Kupferberg Center for the Performing Arts at Queens College. WeAreChange.org News went to the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to cover the story of the citizen's lobby against the Real ID Act being implemented PA. While we were there we met with several State Senators and Representatives including State Rep. Cruz. He was placed on a committee to study the Real ID Act and went to Washington to talk to Congress. What he found is that no one had a legitimate argument for the Real ID.
When we asked him about what he thought of the Real ID he didn't pull any punches and stated, "They are going to use that for other measures". He also explained "I've been to Washington to talk to Congressman John Murtha, trying to get to the bottom of this and get all the information, they won't give it to me." He also did not understand why he was placed on the committee to begin with because he was against it from the start. The Democratic Leadership said because he was involved in immigration issues he should serve.
"I'm seeing what their plan is", said Cruz, "they are going to use this for further, other plans that they have in store and they are not telling you. So for one reason or another they are not giving you all the data." referring to himself and other state representatives. He later said, "They won't sit down and talk to you."
As we talked to different politicians they had no idea what the Real ID was all about and that 8.8 million was spent last year and 11 million was in the budget this year for Real ID implementation. The citizen's lobby gave the Congressmen an education on the Real ID and the North American Union.
Later we met with State Rep. Sam Rohrer who sponsored the current bill H.B. 1351 the citizen's lobby are now trying to get a vote on. We talked about many issues including not only Real ID but property tax as government forced rent, and the constitution. Interestingly Rep. Rohrer said that the constitution was the greatest document outside of the Bible and that the constitution is "all that stands between us and one world ...and tyranny"
Unfortunately the Democratic Leadership is now trying to politicize the issue because they realize that no one in PA wants the Real ID. Especially after the citizen's lobby alerted the gun owners association and got them to start making calls. They are really watching the PA Congress now because there have been some gun registration bills lately that have put them on the edge of their seats to say the least. The Democrats have stalled the bill because they seem to want a [D] behind the sponsor's name instead of Sam's [R]. Politics before people I guess.

By the end of this year, police officials say, more than 100 cameras will have begun monitoring cars moving through Lower Manhattan, the beginning phase of a London-style surveillance system that would be the first in the United States.
The Lower Manhattan Security Initiative, as the plan is called, will resemble London’s so-called Ring of Steel, an extensive web of cameras and roadblocks designed to detect, track and deter terrorists. British officials said images captured by the cameras helped track suspects after the London subway bombings in 2005 and the car bomb plots last month.
If the program is fully financed, it will include not only license plate readers but also 3,000 public and private security cameras below Canal Street, as well as a center staffed by the police and private security officers, and movable roadblocks. Read More Here New York Times

Police Brutality in NYC
This is everyday life in the Hood of NYC that you don't get to see anywhere. These incidents happen daily in NYC, we will not tolerate these actions by the NYPD.
A group of angry citizens led by WeAreChange.org converged on the New York Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting. The issue at hand is the Mayor’s new proposed rules for filming in the city that would require additional permits, approvals and insurance policies for simply capturing and recording events in your life.
No information has been put forth by the Mayor’s office to justify the new rules. New York City is one of the most filmed cities in the world and has been for years before and after September 11th. So let’s assume that this has less to do with filming and more to do with information gathering.
The First Amendment States “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Webster’s Dictionary defines abridging as “to cut something short: to reduce something in scope or extent; restrict somebody's rights: to deprive somebody of rights or privileges”. This Amendment is in plain language for the government to always remain the servant and to never intrude in a citizen’s involvement with “watch-dogging” its own government.
“If an opportunity arises for a citizen to ask his public servants a question and record that answer for future record or to provide that answer to other citizens for their consideration, it seems clear that the first amendment would protect them as press”, stated Nate Evans, a 13 year veteran in the film industry specializing in visual effects. “History is full of thousands of examples of individuals who simply started gathering news on their own and printed it. What makes them press is not a degree in journalism.”
Thomas Jefferson said a government that could not stand up under criticism "deserved to fall". Recording politicians and police are necessary, and does not impede them in their job performance in any way except if they let it. News and film crews record soldiers in active combat and it does not affect them.
Jefferson also said, "No experiment can be more interesting than that we are now trying, and which we trust will end in establishing the fact, that man may be governed by reason and truth. Our first object should therefore be, to leave open to him all avenues of the truth".

WeAreChange.org News and InfoWars.com reporter Matt Lepacek was arraigned in Goffstown, New Hampshire on the charge of Criminal Trespass. While attending the Republican Debate in New Hampshire in June, Matt Lepacek was asking a follow-up question to Rudy Guiliani's pollster Ed Goeas about foreknowledge of the World Trade Center's collapse and with an apparent wink and a nod, state and local police rushed in to drag him out. While trying to determine outside who was really behind the orders to remove him from the Spin Room, Matt was arrested.
Formal arraignment procedures in New Hampshire before a judge are considered an "option". Matt met with an assistant district attorney this morning to discuss his case. The prosecutor stated that he thought he had a good case but was willing to reduce the charge to a violation, basically a speeding ticket. The violation description is "attempted criminal trespass" and the fine would be $500, but the prosecutor said he would suspend $250 of that.
In previous discussions over the phone with New Hampshire prosecutors it was noted that heavy call volumes were received at many locations including their offices. Matt had also spoken with leading constitutional attorneys like Jonathan Turley who appears regularly on TV and testifies on constitutional issues before congress. Although everyone felt that this case had no merit, time and money are the real issues. Goffstown police and prosecutors are paid to show up. Matt spent 14 hours driving and over $150 in gas just to be arraigned. Against his principles, he accepted the deal. "I can't see myself making this round trip again for something this trivial" said Matt upon leaving the court house. The disposition of justice in this country is heavily weighted on the side of the state. Had Matt sought representation the costs would have been in the thousands not to mention the hours spent meeting with lawyers and attending court dates.
"There is still the matter of the broken camera and a missing battery" according to Matt. Goffstown police are shown in the video dropping Matt's camera as they led him off to the police car. No case has yet been filed for the recovery of these and other damages but Matt is hopeful that the local officials will agree to fully reimburse WeAreChange.org for all costs.
We recently recovered the infamous WeAreChange banner, stolen a month ago. Yes, this is the original WeAreChange banner now back in the hands of it's rightful owner. The original truther who hand crafted the banner himself found out it's location and demanded it's return to the TRUE New York 9/11 truth group, WE ARE CHANGE. We are thankful to the fellow truther informants who aided in it's return this past Saturday. In order to save the truth movement unnecessary disruption, waisted time, & energy we don't don't wish to disclose the individuals and/or organizations that were in possession of the banner.
