Family of NYPD Shooting Victim Calls For Justice

Reynaldo Cuevas was fatally shot by NYPD officer, Ramysh Bangali in the early hours of September 7th, 2012 as he was fleeing a robbery at the Bronx bodega where he worked. Reynaldo’s family is calling for justice as they want the officer to be charged for the killing of their son.

I hate to say this but from the surveillance footage it looks like an accident, Reynaldo blundered into the hand of the NYPD officer that was holding his pistol and it went off. It doesn’t look like Ramysh actually intended to pull the trigger so it would not be justice to punish him for this incident although it is sad that this young man died for no reason.
