“Bill of Rights For Children Act” Would Allow Gov’t Agents To Kidnap Kids For “Their Best Interest”

A new bill, SB-17 the Bill of Rights for Children, has been introduced to the California Senate. Many in the state are dubbing it the “The Medical Kidnap Act” or “The Government Owns Your Children Act.”

The bill was created by Dr Richard Pan, the same pediatrician who is working towards making vaccines mandatory by taking away exemptions rights from many California families.

There is very good reason to be concerned as this bill would give the government the right to take away a child for practically any reason they see fit.

As attorney Brad Dacus of Pacific Justice Institute warns, “It’s really not the children’s bill of rights, it’s the government’s bill of rights.”

The bills reads as follows:

SB 18, as introduced, Pan. Bill of Rights for Children and Youth in California.
Existing law provides for the care and welfare of children and youth in various contexts, including, but not limited to, child welfare services, foster care, health care, nutrition, homeless assistance, and education.
Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 80 (Res. Ch. 101, Stats. 2009) declares the Legislature’s support of a Bill of Rights for the Children and Youth of California that resolves to invest in all children and youth in order to achieve specified goals to create an optimal environment for their healthy development.
This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to expand and codify the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California to establish a comprehensive framework that governs the rights of all children and youth in California, outlines the research-based essential needs of California’s children, and establishes standards relating to the health, safety, well-being, early childhood and educational opportunities, and familial supports necessary for all children to succeed.
The bill would declare the intent of the Legislature, by January 1, 2022, to enact legislation for the purpose of ensuring that the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California, in its totality, is applied evenly, equitably, and appropriately to all children and youth across the state.

(a) The Legislature finds and declares that all children and youth, regardless of gender, class, race, ethnicity, national origin, culture, religion, immigration status, sexual orientation, or ability, have inherent rights that entitle them to protection, special care, and assistance, including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) The right to parents, guardians, or caregivers who act in their best interest.
(2) The right to form healthy attachments with adults responsible for their care and well-being.
(3) The right to live in a safe and healthy environment.
(4) The right to social and emotional well-being.
(5) The right to opportunities to attain optimal cognitive, physical, and social development.
(6) The right to appropriate, quality education and life skills leading to self-sufficiency in adulthood.
(7) The right to appropriate, quality health care.
(b) It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this act to expand and codify the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California created by Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 80 (Res. Ch. 101, Stats. 2009), to establish a comprehensive framework that governs the rights of all children and youth in California, outlines the research-based essential needs of California’s children, and establishes standards relating to the health, safety, well-being, early childhood and educational opportunities, and familial supports necessary for all children to succeed.

SEC. 2.

It is the intent of the Legislature, by January 1, 2022, to enact appropriate legislation to accomplish all of the following:

(a)  Develop and put forth research-based policy solutions that will ensure the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California, in its totality, is applied evenly, equitably, and appropriately to all children and youth across the state.
(b) Determine the amount of revenue and resources necessary to ensure that the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California, in its totality, is applied evenly, equitably, and appropriately to all children and youth across the state.
(c) Identify and obtain the revenue and resources necessary to ensure that the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California, in its totality, is applied evenly, equitably, and appropriately to all children and youth across the state.

The wording used in SB-17 makes it easy for the government to manipulate and use in their favor in almost any given scenario. What the government may see as “acting in the best interest” of a child may wildly differ from what the parent believes is best for their child. If a parent is homeschooling and decides to not follow a curriculum, can the parents then be accused of not providing “appropriate, quality education?” With the push for mandatory vaccines, the government giving themselves blanketing responsibility of determining what is appropriate healthcare for a child is particularly alarming.

Medical kidnapping is a nightmare parents who dare to disagree with their doctors are having to face. Doctors are using CPS to take children away and persecute parents without a trial and in without providing any actual evidence.

One story that made national news and brought the reality of medical kidnapping to the public eye is that of Justina Pelletier by Boston Children’s Hospital. Justina’s family was referred to Boston Children’s Hospital when her doctor’s diagnosed her with mitochondrial disease. After she was admitted, she was put into a psychiatric ward instead by a different group of physicians who decided she did not have mitochondrial disease. The state of Massachusetts then took custody of the child when her parents and former doctors objected.

Medicalkidnap.com is a website dedicated to the injustices of families like Justina’s where one can read about hundreds of other cases.

Separation from parents is an undoubtedly emotional traumatic experience for children. Parents are also finding that their once healthy children are becoming sick and many even die in foster care from abuse or neglect. The system is extremely corrupt and CPS has clearly shown it cares more about power and funding than it does actually protecting children.

Before her murder in 2010, Sen. Nancy Shaefer was looking into the reality of CPS and published a report entitled “The Corrupt Business of Child Protection Services.”

“I have witnessed such injustice and harm brought to these families that I am not sure if I even believe reform of the system is possible! The system cannot be trusted. It does not serve the people. It obliterates families and children simply because it has the power to do so. Children deserve better. Families deserve better. It’s time to pull back the curtain and set our children and families free.”

Joseph Churchwell is an Arkansas attorney who works with families fighting against the corruption of CPS in his state. Churchwell sent a letter to the Arkansas Legislature and Governor Asa Hutchinson where he stated:

“I honestly cannot recall the number of men and women involved with DHS and ASP that I have consulted with and or represented in my career.

I do however recall the word most often used to describe their feelings, and that word is terrified.  No word better describes the tactics of an entity that’s primary intervention is to enter one’s home, remove one’s children, and place them in an undisclosed location with unidentified adults and children for as long as it wishes.

Combine that with the authority to place those children for adoption should it choose to do so, while acting in complete secrecy. Perhaps the most egregious part of all is that this action may be set into motion by an anonymous phone call requiring no more evidence than the reporter’s statement.

If one considers the totality of the circumstances, terrorism is no longer an adequate descriptor for the actions taken in the name of “protecting the children.”

It is easy to see why many are trying to stop SB-17 when medical kidnap is becoming more common and corruption is so rampant. A bill like SB-17 would give the government unprecedented abilities to make decisions on what they deem as unfit parenting. It would also make the cases even more difficult for parents to win.

As the fight between the state and concerned families goes on in California over mandatory vaccines, California seems to be the testing ground for bills like this that could follow suit in the rest of the country.

Legal Magic Mushrooms Could End The Antidepressant Industry By Curing Depression

With new scientific research underway, individuals who struggle with severe depression may turn their backs to the pharmaceutical companies and try a more natural—yet highly illegal—substance to alleviate their symptoms.

For years, many individuals have looked to pharmaceutical companies for a solution to their unhappiness. According to a report published by the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), the percentage of Americans taking antidepressants has nearly doubled between 1999 and 2012.

It is estimated that 1 in every 10 Americans takes an antidepressant.

Until recently, the psychological effects of patients who take antidepressants were vastly over-looked and were not taken into much consideration. A study conducted by the University of Liverpool found that the psychological and interpersonal effects of taking antidepressants could be “worse than previously thought.”

Although 82 percent of participants claimed antidepressants helped alleviate their depression, 60 percent reported feelings of “emotional numbness,” and over one-third of the participants reported suicidal thoughts.

In a study conducted to understand how different cultures express sympathy, research suggests that Americans are more positive when expressing sorrowful emotions and also tend to avoid negative feelings more than other cultures. This avoidance of difficult emotions could explain why nearly 41 million Americans seek emotional relief through antidepressants. With more Americans dying annually from suicide than in car accidents, it seems fairly urgent that an actual cure for depression should be offered to the public, if found.

Recently, a trial conducted by the Imperial College of London reaffirmed the effectiveness of psilocybin, a psychedelic found naturally in various types of mushrooms around the world, in treating mental health issues. 12 participants with severe, drug-resistant depression volunteered to take high doses of psilocybin.

According to the study, “the patients received Home Office-approved psilocybin capsules during two dosing sessions seven days apart.” Within one week, the participants no longer experienced symptoms of depression or self-loathing. Three months after the trial, five of the participants still had no lingering symptoms of depression or anxiety.

Andrew Thayer, a participant in the study explains his psychedelic experience as pleasant at first, but later became “dark.” Ross Watts, a psychologist, assisted Thayer throughout his entire experience.

“Often with psychedelics, emotions and difficult experiences that have been repressed because they’re so uncomfortable and painful come to the surface, and that can be very healthy and very positive in terms of change,” Watts said. “Avoidance of difficult emotion is really at the heart of many mental health difficulties.”

Psilocybin mushrooms are illegal to obtain in many countries and are listed as a Schedule 1 substance with no currently accepted medical value in the United States. Government regulations make it extremely challenging for researchers to access permission to conduct scientific studies, and therefore research on what could be adopted as the new antidepressant is being purposefully held back.

Psilocybin is considered by experts to be one of the safest psychoactive compounds available. It is a non-addictive and has no overdose risk. Psilocybin is safer to use than tobacco and alcohol and does not come with the risk of suicide as a side-effect. With proper dosage and care, we can be hopeful that future scientific studies reaffirming the effectiveness of psychedelics will help to redefine them as therapeutic tools instead of drugs that cause chaos in society.

Political Correctness for Yuengling Brewery; What About Our Opioid Epidemic?

In today’s political climate even our beer is up for debate. And why shouldn’t it be? This is America. We debate things here. That’s how democracy works. (At least when the issues aren’t taboo.) Recently, it’s shown up in the state of Pennsylvania with Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s son, garnering an endorsement for the Republican candidate from Yuengling, America’s oldest brewery.

And now the debate turns to political action.

With the most recent statement from Richard “Dick” Yuengling Jr., the 73-year-old owner of D. G. Yuengling & Son Inc., located in Pottsville, Pennsylvania — the seat of Schuylkill County — Yuengling said that his company was “behind” Trump. Inevitably, a lashing out occurred in the digital realm with regard to political correctness and expressively personal views. Customers weren’t pleased. They were offended. In fact, some even claimed that they’d never drink Yuengling again.

This is what democracy is, and should be. Sure. And yet, something is lost in the politicized scramble of this ugly election year.

A Pennsylvania state representative, Brian Sims, announced on his Facebook page that he was saying “GOOD BYE” to Yuengling Brewery.

“I’m not normally one to call for boycotts but I absolutely believe that how we spend our dollars is a reflection of our votes and values! Supporting Yuengling Brewery, that uses my dollars to bolster a man, and an agenda, that wants to punish me for being a member of the LGBT community and punish the black and brown members of my community for not being white, is something I’m too smart and too grown up to do.”

Sims represents the 182nd district of Philadelphia, which includes a majority of Center City, in addition to parts of Rittenhouse Square, Grays Ferry, and South Philadelphia. I live here. I walk those areas of the city.

And I see, feel, and hear other elements of our society that go unnoticed or receive little to no attention. To observe this sort of outcry against a presidential candidate is expectantly what democracy was birthed upon, as we know in the city of Philadelphia. We take action. (We like to think.) However, along the way I’ve seen the incessant results of many issues that get buried, in favor of political expediency and trending topics that ultimately define our aggressive actions towards “voting with our dollars”.

If that’s the case, then what about all the other detriments to our standard of living? For instance, the opiate epidemic that is sweeping Pennsylvania and the surrounding states and the rest of the country by storm.

According to a June 2016 report from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, entitled “The Epidemic of Overdoses From Opioids in Philadelphia”, drug deaths involving the fatal use of opioids, from 2000-2014, had tripled. In 2014, approximately 47,000 people died from overdoses in the U.S., according to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC). Sixty-one percent of that total was attributed to the use of opioids.

“Since 1999, the number of prescriptions for pharmaceutical opioid pain relievers in the U.S. more than quadrupled.”

Opioid-related overdose deaths in Philadelphia were nearly three times higher in men than among women in 2015. Those deaths were also more than two times as high among whites, as opposed to deaths among African Americans.

Between 2003 and 2015, in Philadelphia, cocaine and benzodiazepines were detected in overdose deaths in tandem with opioids at a rate of 70% and 90%, respectively. During that same period, overdose deaths related to heroin more than doubled in the city, with approximately 400 deaths reported in 2015.

In that same year, there were nearly 700 drug overdose deaths in Philadelphia. That’s more than twice as many deaths from homicide.

From 2014-2015, 10% of the nearly 1,300 overdose deaths in Philadelphia were from non-residents. Most of those non-residents were people from New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and other parts of Pennsylvania.

Once the president is elected, these issues won’t go away. In fact, they’re extant — some as a surrogate to the system we attribute to healthcare. (One of the most hotly contested issues of partisan bickering in the country.)

Additionally, these effects are increasingly felt in Philadelphia hospitals.

“The percentage of Philadelphia hospital emergency department visits related to opioid overdoses increased from approximately 0.4% in 2007 to nearly 0.7% in 2015. In 2015, there were over 6,500 emergency department visits for opioid overdoses. For each opioid-related death, there were approximately 12 hospital emergency department visits.”

So while the country politically corrects itself — whatever that means — myriad issues get buried beneath picking and choosing a side, in response to the emotional disturbances of partisan bickering.

Rather than dealing with facts, the web of society becomes entangled with He Said, She Said.

Ultimately, this coercive cultural backwardness and evolutionary substandard, the rattle-mouthed bickering of intellectual thought and deceptive, manipulative action, that matches up more closely with the reptilian species, rather than the spirit of the human heart and the cultural celebration of life and all its wonder, is exactly what gave rise to Trump.

And our opioid epidemic.

Somewhere along the way, these facts were buried beneath a lie. And the truth has become something else, entirely.

Nobel Prize Winner Scientifically Proves Fasting is Good For Health

Translated by Dmitry Lapa

Yoshinori Ohsumi, a cellular biologist from Japan, became a Nobel Prize winner in physiology and medicine “for discovering the mechanisms of autophagy.” The Japanese scientist has scientifically substantiated that fasting is good for one’s health, reports the Komsomolskaya Pravda Russian newspaper.

The Nobel Prize Committee’s press release reads:

“Ohsumi’s discoveries have led to a new paradigm in our understanding of how a cell processes its contents. His discoveries have opened new ways of understanding the fundamental importance of autophagy for a large number of physiological processes, such as adaptation to starvation and response to an infection.”

Autophagy is the process of utilizing and recycling unnecessary or dysfunctional cellular components—the so-called cellular rubbish which accumulates in cells. The term “autophagy” originates from two Greek words which summarily mean “self-eating.” Autophagy is intrinsic to living organisms, including those of human beings. Thanks to autophagy cells get rid of excess parts, while an organism gets rid of unnecessary cells.

Autophagy becomes especially intensive when an organism is under stress, for example, when it fasts. In this case a cell produces energy using its internal resources, that is, cellular rubbish, including pathogenic bacteria.

The Nobel Prize winner’s discovery indicates that abstaining from food and keeping fasts is wholesome—the body truly cleans itself. This is confirmed by the Nobel Prize Committee.

According to Ohsumi’s colleagues, autophagy protects organisms from premature senility. This process even probably rejuvenates organisms by creating new cells, removing defective proteins and damaged intracellular organelles from them, thus maintaining them in good condition.

WIKILEAKS: Email From Huma Abedin On Hillary’s Life Threatening Sinus Thrombosis

After Hillary Clinton’s collapse at a 9/11 memorial on Sunday, Wikileaks posted an email showing Hillary’s health issues were potentially life-threatening, and both older and deeper than the “pneumonia” her campaign claimed caused her sickness.

The email is from Hillary’s long time aide Huma Abedin, with an article on Hillary’s life threatening “Sinus Thrombosis.”

Huma sent Hillary an article describing Hillary’s condition as Cerebral Venous Sinus Thombosis (CVST). CVST is the presence of acute thrombosis (a blood clot) in the dural venous sinuses, which drain blood from the brain. Symptoms may include headaches, seizures, abnormal vision and any of the symptoms of stroke, such as weakness of the face and limbs on one side of the body. From WebMD:

Cavernous sinus thrombosis is a very rare, life-threatening condition that can affect adults and children.

In cavernous sinus thrombosis, a blood clot blocks a vein that runs through a hollow space underneath the brain and behind the eye sockets. These veins carry blood from the face and head back to the heart.

The cause of cavernous sinus thrombosis is usually an infection. But other factors may play a role.

Cavernous sinus thrombosis is a serious condition. It causes death in up to 30% of cases.

Symptoms of Cavernous Sinus Thrombosis

Symptoms of cavernous sinus thrombosis may include:

This comes after the mainstream media has been repeating Hillary Clinton’s claim that she is merely sick with pneumonia and not a life threatening injury. After weeks of denying that Hillary was even sick despite her coughing fits and calling anyone who said so  a “conspiracy theorist,” after Hillary fell down in public 9/11 memorial the mainstream media needed a new narrative.

At first, Hillary’s campaign said she “overheated,” despite the temperature not being hot out.

DCLeaks.com recently revealed an email to Colin Powell that proves Hillary has had trouble standing before. In an email dated March 14, 2015, Democratic financier Jeffery Leeds told George W. Bush’s former secretary of state, “Sheldon Whitehouse, who is a huge Clinton supporter, said they were both giving speeches at the same event a few months back and she could barely climb the podium steps,”

Wikileaks has previously leaked emails where Hillary’s aides were researching provigil a drug used for treating narcolepsy and patients with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Multiple Sclerosis who have excessive sleepiness.”

Popular author Mike Cernovich has released a doctor’s evaluation that Hillary does indeed have Parkinson’s disease.

We have now seen a new milestone in mainstream media deception. Never has the media fought so hard to debunk and outright lie about a presidential candidate obvious health problems, to the point where the media changes its narrative multiple times in a day, parroting whatever the Clinton campaign tells them to repeat.

It’s going to bite them in the ass in the end though,  as people see the mainstream media at face value for what it is – a PR rep for the military-industrial complex and it’s puppet politicians.
