There has been a healthy amount of skepticism and a growing push for transparency in U.S. foreign policy and military ops.

A rarely-discussed topic of military corruption is one that makes many squeamish: Satanic ritual abuse (SRA).

It is true that during the 1980s, what was known as the “Satanic Panic” took hold in the minds of Evangelical Christians across the country. Fears and conspiracy theories concerning an underground network of Satanists who committed horrible crimes and kept each other’s secrets had a wide-reaching influence, even in law enforcement. While there were real victims and perpetrators of abuse, MSM at the time ran with stories, and interviewed authors and so-called “experts” who were later revealed to be frauds.

As frauds like Mike Warnke and Lauren Stratford were exposed, public opinion on the matter of SRA changed, and those speaking out against it in true cases became to be ridiculed and ignored as religious nuts on a modern witch-hunt.

Describing herself as an SRA survivor, Carol Rutz is well known for her shocking book A Nation Betrayed in which she details her own horrific story and inside perspective of government behavior modification programs. She writes not only of her experiences as a victim, but as a survivor in overcoming incredible mental and emotional obstacles in order to build a healthy family. The book is also loaded with documentation and references to back up her claims and makes for a great resource on the subject.

Probably the most famous unresolved cases of SRA in the military is from the 1980s and involves more than sixty children who attended the Child Development Center at the Presidio military base in San Francisco. Dozens of children were reported to show signs of sexual abuse that they say took place both on base as well as in the nearby home of Temple of Set founder Lt. Col. Michael A. Aquino. Though he was never indicted and maintained his top-secret security privileges throughout the investigation, the inside of his home was described accurately enough by alleged victims to obtain a search warrant whereby several videotapes of child pornography were found.

In this interview, Buzzsaw’s Sean Stone speaks with former army researcher Douglas Dietrich about what he saw and knows concerning the Presidio case:

While there are other well-known cases of ritual child abuse in the military, it is this case in particular that gives us a clue to the bigger picture, and in answering the ‘why?’ question.

Aquino’s expertise in the U.S. Army was in psychological operations (PSYOPS).

A quick look into the torturous testing of individuals of all ages under long-leaked projects such as MK Ultra and Monarch will reveal its slightly shocking origins. Known Satanic/occult psychologists and other NAZI scientists the CIA spared Nuremburg sentencing, such as Dr. “Angel of Death” Joseph Mengele and mad-scientist Sidney Gottleib, were brought into the U.S., funded and allowed to continue and expand their experiments under Operation Paperclip.

These and other post-WWII programs, we are told, were unfortunately carried out as the arms race and espionage techniques were developed for fear that Russia was doing the same. They were protecting us from Commies.

The truth is, mind-control experimentation and occult ritual abuse have been connected since it first began in NAZI-science inspired secret projects all those years ago, and victims continue to speak out.

A notable expert on this subject is Dr. Ellen P. Lacter, a psychologist and family therapist who specializes in therapy for trauma based mind-control and SRA. Her website, EndRitualAbuse.com provides several resources for victims and their friends and families. Her mission statement is something we should all be on board with:

I am a psychologist who has been profoundly touched by victims of ritual abuse and mind control whom I have treated in therapy or befriended as an advocate. I feel compelled to increase public support for these children and adult survivors. This is my mission. Let the truth be known!

The “mountain man” they call him, Ernie Wayne Tertelgte’s curious way of handling charges against him in court has recently raised some eyebrows. Tertelgte was discovered fishing without a license by police and resisted arrest when he refused to stop fishing. A YouTube video of his court hearing is blowing up online:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_Tc0QUsy_g

Like a corporation, we are all given ‘legal status’ at birth (unless born in secret) and as we age, are regarded as ‘human resources’—you’re a trustee of your own body (the property) to the state (the beneficiary) from that day forward.

The “living man” he calls himself, Tertelgte distinguishes himself apart from the corporate, all-caps, trustee name given to him at birth, and exempt from regulations or policy when trumped by the U.S. Constitution because he receives no government assistance, and pays no taxes, but lives off the land while renting a storage unit that he uses for shelter occasionally.

Tertelgete was bold in his court hearing, seeming to know and understand the law better than most— and refusing to be treated as a criminal for trying to feed himself.

On November 22, Tertelgte was in court, defending himself again.

Tertelgte continued objecting to the charges in this latest hearing until he was handcuffed and escorted out of the courtroom. He was found guilty by jury and another hearing is scheduled for January.

Far from being the raving lunatic statists make him out to be, the mountain man’s argument has to do with sovereignty and the difference between natural rights and legal rights.

Legal rights are rights granted by a governing institution.

Natural rights are what we call ‘inalienable’ rights; or rights that require only that you be a human being and are considered universal and independent of legal systems and government.

Similarly, the concept of being a ‘natural’ person, refers to a physical human being, with natural rights, while a “legal [or artificial] person” refers to a non-human entity that is treated as a person for limited legal purposes,” i.e., corporations.

Many who study this issue point out that any entity that earns money, and buys and/or sells goods and services (or are employed by an entity that does) is subject to policies and regulations that fly in the face of constitutionally-protected natural rights. It is explained that when we reach legal age and obtain a business license, a marriage license or even a fishing license, we waive our rights as natural persons who are perfectly able to do business, marry, or fish without state approval.

Are we abandoning the natural rights fought and died for by past and present patriots, in favor of legal status into which we must conform in order to qualify for tax-funded services and ‘benefits?’

Mountain man thinks so.

What are your thoughts about natural and legal rights?

When we think about cannabis on a construction site, most people don’t imagine building materials. The United States construction industry has been missing out on one of the most durable, cost-efficient building materials known to mankind.

Marijuana and the non-psychoactive hemp plant are both members of the cannabis species. The psychoactive component of the marijuana plant (THC) does exist in hemp, but in extremely small quantities. Hemp is high in CBD, a different cannabinoid that counteracts the effects of THC and has shown to have analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects.

So what can this plant really offer the construction industry?

Quite a bit, as it turns out.

Hemp can be used to create superior building materials such as: bricks, cement, fiberboard, paint, caulk, plastic, insulation, roofing and flooring.

Hemp fiber-based building materials are superior to common building materials due to their light weight, durability, mildew-resistance and insect-resistance. Hemp is also waterproof, flexible (ex: earthquakes) AND has great potential as a sustainable housing solution for individuals.

Compared with timber, hemp plants grow much faster and can produce much more raw material per acre. While a few pioneers in the U.S. are embracing hemp-based construction, hemp-based materials and building methods are becoming popular elsewhere.

A recent story coming out of Scotland examined the planned construction of a brand new town where every house will be constructed almost entirely out of hemp.

How much for one of these homes?

Well, that depends on the availability of hemp. Due to its legal status, hemp products of any kind must be imported into the United States. The cost to import hemp products is prohibitive in the construction industry. Where the cost of imported hemp products used to make soaps and clothing are passed down to the consumer at a somewhat manageable price, the import cost is much greater in the field of hemp construction.

Lobbyists against the legalization of domestic hemp farming include the DEA and the private prison-labor industry. They argue that the hemp plant looks similar to marijuana which will make it difficult for law-enforcement to distinguish between the two. Alcohol and pharmaceutical companies are involved as well.

New Law Allows Colorado Hemp Crop

Sheriff’s deputies bust a 10 to 20 acre marijuana grow in Fresno County

Several states have recently legalized the farming of industrial hemp with Kentucky and California the latest to do so. Despite this progress, states must still seek approval from the Dept. of Justice in order to farm under federal law or face prosecution.

Almost every year since 2005, an attempt has been made to declassify hemp as a drug with the help of former Texas congressman and chief sponsor of Vote Hemp, Ron Paul. Oregon senator Ron Wyden introduced a similar bill to be attached to last year’s Farm Bill, and this year he did the same with H.R. 2642–2013’s Farm Bill.

As the topic of industrial hemp slowly gains recognition here in the states, we will undoubtedly see some big changes in the construction industry and the quality of our homes in the future.

Most dairy products in the U.S. must be pasteurized to be sold legally, and even in states that allow the sale of milk in its raw form, federal law says that it can’t be transported over state lines.

Pasteurization is the process of heating fluid foods, and then quickly cooling them in order to kill disease-causing pathogens.

So, what’s the problem? Why do so many raw milk advocates decry the pasteurization of milk?

Maybe a better question is: Why, if humans have been consuming raw milk for centuries, would we need to pasteurize it now?

Identifying the four main pathogens that can be found in raw milk, Dr. Ted Beals breaks down the potential risk to raw milk drinkers. He points out that milk, like all foods, bears a risk of contamination. But, there are ways to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria while keeping intact the good bacteria in milk.

It’s essential for raw milk farmers to put more time and effort into the care, quality of the feed, and milking of their dairy cows because they don’t rely on pasteurization to kill the harmful bacteria.

On the subject of milk and health, Dr. Joseph Mercola explains that the pasteurization process actually kills a large portion of the beneficial bacteria, micronutrients and vitamins found in raw milk. Maybe pasteurizing doesn’t protect us as much as we’d like to think—not to mention the milk-polluting hormones and antibiotics that factory farm cows are injected with.

The nation’s biggest lobbying power in the dairy industry is the International Dairy Food Association (IDFA) with over $1.4 million spent this year. The IDFA openly opposes the legalization of raw milk sales.

Fighting for the freedom to buy and sell fresh milk, are organizations like A Campaign for Real Milk, whose campaign is to legalize the sale of raw milk for all states, the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, which connects small-operation farmers to attorneys and expert advice, even a hotline to call in case of a raid, and legal defense. Mark McAfee, founder of Organic Pastures Dairy, is one of the most well-known and influential dairy farmers in the raw-milk fight—having spoken publicly in fifteen states and three countries on the subject.

Organizations, individual farmers and activists have been instrumental in helping states legalize the sale of raw milk. This year has been particularly busy:

April, 2013 Arkansas HB 1536 Legalizes the sale of raw milk on the farm

Spring, 2013 Massachusetts HB 717 Allows the farmer to sell directly to consumers

May 27th 2013 Michigan MDARD Policy #1.40 allows raw milk through herdshare

April 29th 2013 North Dakota SB 2072 allows raw milk through herdshares

More legislation that is currently up for vote:

Oklahoma HB 1541 if passed will allow the sale of raw milk from producer directly to the consumer.

Texas HB 46 would expand the areas that raw milk can be sold.

Vermont Senate Bill 70 would allow the sale of raw milk at farmers markets.

Wyoming Senate File 112 would allow the sale of raw milk by a producer with a small herd permit.

Farmer’s markets and local dairy farms are also a good place to find those who will help you support the cause through petitions, writing letters to local and state representatives, and “voting with your dollars.”

Short of buying, feeding and caring for your own cow or goat, there are other ways to get raw milk straight from the farm.

Many states allow herd share arrangements, where you’re essentially paying for a share of live stock in a dairy farm. This fee goes towards keeping, feeding and milking your cow or goat. This legal agreement allows you to obtain raw milk, because technically, you bought the cow, not the milk.

Also look into community supported agriculture (CSA) farms in your area. These are a bit more involved, and cost more, but in return you’ll be able to enjoy farm-fresh foods of all kinds, not just dairy. There’s something wholesome about being able to tour the farm(s) where your food comes from and seeing it with your own eyes.

Localharvest.org also provides a great directory to help you navigate.

What are your thoughts about raw vs. pasteurized milk—and do you think federal and state government should be involved at all?
