With extremely broad provisions, this law could turn the already predatory agency into a direct threat to all non-profit groups’ constitutional free speech rights.

Will the IRS silence your free speech in 2016?

The proposed rule [REG–134417–13] puts accountants in charge of determining if your organization’s free speech is in anyway electioneering. Even just mentioning a candidate could get a group retroactively taxed. It is specifically referring to any time between 60 days of a general election or 30 days of a primary.

The rest of the year, your organization is fine, but then around the election, you might get a government enforced muzzle or massive fines that can and will ruin organizations if they have their way. This is the most radical law against public criticism of politicians in our nation ever.

This law could silence hundreds of thousands of organizations that discuss, analyze, or advocate for public policy.

The rules claim to be an attempt to “clarify” what makes an activity “political” and therefore cannot be counted toward a nonprofit organization’s purpose. They could include: posting a candidate’s voting record, having voter registration cards, get-out-the-vote efforts, voter guides, candidate questionnaires, discussing issues “related” to candidates, having the name of a candidate on a non-profit’s website, even if it was posted before they were a candidate and more.

In response to this, a bi-partisan organization, the First Amendment Alliance is partnering together with others to ensure the inherent right to free speech is protected. If Congress does not act by October 1st 2016, the impact these IRS rules could have on nonprofits of all types could be devastating.

The Tax Revolution Institute’s First Amendment Alliance will raise awareness about the full impact of these rules and organize action to prevent their implementation.

They are quickly seeking any help they can get and most importantly people who endorse their fight. Any organization that want’s free speech to reign, must contact the organization to have their references put on their website as part of their online petition.

A ballot initiative sought to call for a new investigation into the collapse of World Trade Center building 7. Most people don’t know that on 9/11, not two but three buildings fell in NYC. The third, WTC 7, fell at freefall speed, was not struck by a plane, and investigators said it was because of “structural defects and fires.”

This is why the organization Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth have had such overwhelming support of the years. The official investigation appears to be filled with half/truths and outright lies.

The new investigation that was headed by an organization called NEW YORK Coalition for Accountability Now called the High Rise Safety Initiative was set to appear before voters in New York City in the fall. The goal is to ensure that a new investigation, due to the fact that building 7 fell for reasons undisclosed in the 9/11 Commission Report. If the building did fall “because of fires” or “structural defects,” shouldn’t we know what was wrong with the building in the first place to ensure future buildings don’t fall the same way?

Opponents call the organization “conspiracy theorists,” but it is only a “theory,” that WTC 7 fell from fires, when no building in the history of the world has ever fallen at free fall speed due to fires.

Interestingly, BBC reported the building fell, before it did. This is a strong sign of  a cover up.

The failure of investigative agencies to perform forensic investigation into the freefall of WTC building 1, 2, and 7 is the biggest insult to the criminal investigation process and to structural engineers around the world.

The High Rise Safety Initiative would ensure future buildings would be made with greater integrity in their structural engineering. It also could open up a can of worms for anyone who covered up the WTC 7 collapse. The proposition was to merely investigate what could have happened to building seven.

Unlike the Citizens Commission campaign, this local campaign collected all the signatures to qualify for the ballot. The measure was struck down however in regards to problems about how the investigation was to be funded.

A worthwhile cause however can’t die because of of something as trivial as ballot language. Now, learning from mistakes in the past, any new movement seeking to unite with the old partners and new for unifying the truth movement can start the process again.

The language simply needs to be edited. Why can’t a new version be drafted that specifies that any costs to implement the investigation could be voluntarily collected by a third party and paid to conduct the research directly?

To download the language and review it, possibly share it with an attorney who could make the provisions so it could be voluntarily funded by the people for example. You can download it still from their website. This author keeps a file in the archive, just for when it may be needed again, if the site where to be hacked out of existence like the 9-11 Citizens Commission site for example.

We mustn’t give up. We must keep trying again and again until we get it right. The ballot process has true value in solving the problems of our nation. It’s time we use it again and bring together the fragmented truth movement for a second attempt. It could take three or more to get it right, but the only time we fail, is when we don’t learn from our mistakes and we give in to giving up.

Don’t give up, our nation needs patriots like you to stand up for it’s defense in a civil, non-violent way. The ballot initiative process offers great hope to a splintered truth movement. Upon further investigation, you will find that democracy can be a method to save the republic.

Corruption in the courts has always existed. There is a deep history of Bar Association corruption, corrupt to their cores, involving bribery both local and international, that if left unchecked by the people is poised to deliver more long-term consequences.

The Bar Association is a self-regulating entity. It doesn’t swear an oath to the Constitution, it swears an oath to itself at the end of the day. They are controlled. They fear their entire career can be stripped away from them if they step out of step with the Bar.

A radio show run by Wes Winston of Florida argues that the entire Bar Association should be regulated like every other business. They self-regulate themselves, and this creates a climate for internal corruption the state has enforces no authority over. This is a violation of basic checks and balances in government.

So what is the solution? The Citizen Grand Jury!

Two types of citizen grand juries exist that I can follow. One is to be implemented only by citizens as a grand jury, and the other seems to be a citizen-initiated mock trial with little track record of its jurisdiction.

Citizen Grand Juries (CGJ) are a concept that has been around for some time. Commonly, they are formed independent of the state and are fully constitutional but get little resolve.

The first type of Citizen Grand Jury is one that has had a bad rap in the media. White supremacists call for citizen grand juries, but this doesn’t mean citizen grand juries are bad, it simply means that bad people have used them. Bad people can control the courts as well, so what difference does it make if a white supremacist or several of them have initiated citizens grand juries before? With proven racism in the state-controlled courts against black people, what argument is there about racism and how  it is related to this process of civil democratic checks and balances?

What lawful actions can be taken to seize more citizen power to challenge corruption in your government?

We can become engaged in direct petitioning of our government, with voters ballot petitions for the right to Citizens Grand Jury.

Six states have their rights enshrined in their constitutions, and they have given specific guidelines for anyone to claim their rights they seek. Exact processes and signature requirements for citizen groups to qualify their proposals are provided.  Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota and Oklahoma are the only states that offer this process.

For example:

The process is governed by Article II, Section 14, of the New Mexico Constitution which states in part:

“A grand jury shall be convened upon order of a judge of a court empowered to try and determine cases of capital, felonious or infamous crimes at such times as to him shall be deemed necessary, or a grand jury shall be ordered to convene by such judge upon the filing of a petition there[of] signed by not less than the greater of two hundred registered voters or two percent of the registered voters of the county, or a grand jury may be convened in any additional manner as may be prescribed by law.”

Two percent of the voters in a county is a very small amount for any serious activism group. Most ballot proposals required 5 to 10 percent of the voter’s signatures. Citizen initiated grand juries should be a popular form of activism in the aforementioned states.

To protect ourselves against a tyrannical government, we must become engaged with our government. The citizen-initiated grand jury petition process, offer a non-partisan checks-and-balances process for the people to apply directly.

Citizen grand jury processes are about bringing democracy to the courts.  It enables true checks and balances that are to be non-partial to political ideologies. The court is to uphold and protect the constitution and the Citizen Grand Jury is to uphold that justice when the court could fail it’s rightful obligations due to agendas of their members.

States and cities with the ballot initiative process can implement this right by popular consent. All the people need is at least one scandal to organize a ballot drive to empower voters with further ballot access rights.

The ballot initiative to implement such rights such as has been attempted in Montana. This author has archived a copy of Citizen Grand Jury Model Legislation, that can be implemented in any state in the nation via ballot initiative.

These types of rights are among the only rights that give voters true power in government. Rather than wait for politicians, the people can be the change. It’s time we worked together on bringing justice in the non-violent, civil and lawful method, instead of waiting for criminals behind benches to police themselves.

What if there was a way that allowed for a secure voting process with greater transparency? What if this same way got rid of not just the highly insecure hackable voting machines, but also all of the inept polling officer and the long queues that every voter is forced to deal with?

Although block-chain was invented for use with Bitcoin, the independent digital currency that is competing with the dollar, now, the ultra-safe technology for transactions is being adopted by private banks to compete. Our nation’s military wing, Homeland Security, is investing research into blockchain, to use it for cyber-security. Using “distributed ledgers” block chain is decentralized. Hacks are virtually impossible because a hack would have to occur on all distributed ledgers at the same time. Hacking a block-chain is virtually impossible with today’s most sophisticated hacking equipment.

Our current voting system is completely hackable. We all know we face sure risk remaining with the status quo? What kind of country are we to leave for future generations if we don’t even have a secure voting methods anyone can most certainly trust? When high-profile security firms endorse it, and it is estimated that around 10 million worldwide trust it for currency transactions with BitCoin, it’s only time before “we the people” claim our natural rights to ensure our votes are counted, with secure and transparent systems far more reliable than our current ones.

Back in 2012, world trends forecaster Gerald Celente predicted: “If we can bank online, we can vote online.”

Today, with blockchain technology, security is secure and everything can be audited. Blockchain is more certain than any methods of traditional vote counting by paper or conventional voting machines. Today, the viable transparency is becoming acceptable by top industries.

So while the online platform eliminates the need to be physically present to cast your ballot. Using verifiable identification for security, making sure no one can vote for anyone else, and that all voters are citizens, FMV also allows users to literally follow their vote and see where it is applied. This again proves beneficial in two ways. First, by allowing each user to ensure that their vote is not tampered with, and second, by empowering every voter with the ability to audit the election for themselves thus restoring faith in the democratic process. Vote details are put on a public ledger that allows FMV users to view and even vet an election’s results.

This has basically been the dream since the invention of the internet. But security was a major concern. Thanks to Follow My Vote’s un-crackable, asymmetrical cryptography, decentralized, verifiable public ledger system, and open-source software, all of these security concerns have not just been greatly reduced but solved to a great extent.

There are glyphosate restrictions that have been implemented across the globe.
Roundup, the popular chemical herbicide used mostly in the USA includes chemicals called
neonicotinoids. These chemicals are a neuroactive nicotine like substance that excites the brain and causes brain damage in bees and mammals as you can read below. The implication is that we are actually addicted to and brain damaged by our food, unless we eat all organic.

A peer-reviewed Japanese study also revealed the addictive and neurotoxic effects of
neonicotinoids on the brain of mammals. Rats affected by the chemical had significant IQ
reductions.

The European Food and Safety Authority published its peer-reviewed study on how
neonicotinoids are neurotoxic. The EFSA stated in its release:

“The PPR Panel found that acetamiprid and imidacloprid may adversely affect the development of neurons and brain structures associated with functions such as learning and memory. It concluded that some current guidance levels for acceptable exposure to acetamiprid and imidacloprid may not be protective enough to safeguard against developmental neurotoxicity and should be reduced.”

University of Berkeley published studies on IQ reduction, even autism links on seven year old children who were raised in proximity to conventional agricultural areas. Studies like these don’t look good for the children of rural farmland in the USA. It’s up to us to help them and get the USA on the path to be all organic like Denmark.

The National Center for Biotechnology Information published a peer-reviewed study showing the addictive “stimulant” effects of neonicotinoids and their relationship to retardation of brain development. With all of these peer-reviewed studies, it makes one question the rhetoric of the mainstream narrative, that conventional and GMO foods are perfectly safe for us to eat.

The excitatory effects makes these neuroactive chemicals addictive just like nicotine. One can
conclude, the heavier the spray on the food, the more nicotine like cravings the food will have on people, and the more brain damage will be done to the minds of those who eat them. Our nation’s food is being poisoned and the future is being robbed of greater genius!
