During a march through Oakland and Berkeley on Wednesday, an undercover cop posing as one of the demonstrators drew his gun on the protestors. During the demonstration the officer and his partner were outed by the crowed, resulting in at least one officer drawing his weapon and making arrests.

Accounts, according to tweets from Storify and a news report from NBC, vary, with the officer claiming he pulled his gun after being attacked, but witnesses claiming punches were thrown after the gun was already drawn.

The march was to protest the recent decisions not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of Michael Brown and Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the case of Eric Garner. In both cases, the officer was a white male fatally killing an unarmed black male.
