Rand Paul suing Obama and NSA

The Senator says the NSA’s surveillance program violated American’s 4th amendment rights and the President refused to stop it. The Kentucky Republican, and 2016 Presidential prospect, will file the class-action lawsuit Wednesday.

It is unclear if the lawsuit will target the collection of phone records or the internet programs.
