Welcome back all you spiritually awakened human beings. Sorry that I haven’t been around recently, life is like a roller coaster, recently things have been down, but life must go on.

Today we begin with Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s aide being arrested. The former DNC chair who resigned in disgrace when it was discovered that she colluded with Hillary Clinton against Bernie Sanders during the 2016 elections. Her former aide was arrested after being accused of bank fraud while trying to flee the country for Pakistan.

The Daily Caller is reporting that she even planned to continue paying her aide while he lived in Pakistan.

Imran Awan her aide may be connected to the death of Seth Rich. Seth Rich is believed to be the DNC leaker. Washington area detective Rod Wheeler told his Twitter followers that there might be connections to the unsolved Seth Rich Murder.

Mr. Awan’s arrest came just one day after reports that the FBI had seized numerous “smashed hard drives” and other computer equipment from Awan’s previous residence. Now where this case will go and what dot’s will be connected, we still have no idea. There is a lot of speculation around this case, let me know what you think.

Moving on to the most talked about news story this week. The one where Donald Trump stated that Transgender individuals could no longer serve in the military.

John McCain who previously had slammed Obama’s move to allow transgenders in the military has now flip-flopped and is slamming Trump’s transgender ban.

I am going to state something that is very controversial; it shouldn’t only be transgendered that aren’t allowed in the military but also homosexuals, heterosexuals, and even metrosexuals. No one should join the U.S. military.

I know way too many of my personal friends that were hurt not only physically but also mentally. They were lied to, cheated and screwed over by the U.S. military industrial complex. No one should be joining, and there shouldn’t be so many senseless wars out there. Don’t listen to me though. I’m just someone who spreads fake news, according to the mainstream media.

In other war related news, Donald Trump made a very important move that shocked the military community when he said that he would no longer support the “moderate” rebel groups. The U.S. will no longer arm or fund these groups inside of Syria.

They claim they will only focus on ISIS. It looks like he is finally doing the right thing. It’s important to note that not only did the U.S. arm them, but they also paid them salaries through covert CIA programs.

The mainstream media is now claiming that this is a win for Russia. You would think that not funding radical Islamic terrorists, the sworn enemies of the west, those that commit terrorist attacks, would be basic common sense. Now Trump is not perfect he still has ties to Saudi Arabia, but I see this as a move in the right direction.

ISIS appears to be on the ropes and loosing badly. They are facing total defeat and right after the United States stopped financing and arming them, what a surprise.

Great, we can finally co-operate with Russia, no more proxy wars between superpowers with nuclear weapons. Sorry, I was too optimistic, as Donald Trump is ready to sign a new Russia sanctions bill designed to punish them for meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential elections. Russia is promising to respond if they pass this bill.

Now in mind blowing, what the hell is going on news, seemingly out of nowhere, Donald Trump is claiming that Russia conspired against him during the 2016 presidential campaign.

This is where it gets confusing, as is often the case with Donald Trumps moves. Whenever he takes one step forward, he takes one back, jumps sideways, left and right a few times. Confuses the crap out of everyone including myself, which may just be part of his strategy to keep everyone off balance, so they don’t know what he is doing.  He’s either a master at strategy or he doesn’t know what he is doing.

Russia has just signed a deal with Syria, to maintain an airbase and to pledge to stay there for the next half a century. China has also announced that it plans to invest $2 billion in rebuilding Syria. Obviously, they are seeking economic opportunities inside of Syria.

In other disastrous foreign policy news that are right on the doorsteps of China, we have North Korea. The U.S. has come out stating that they are prepared to use ‘overwhelming force’ in North Korea. This coming right after North Korea tested another ballistic missile, and the U.S. continues to rattle its sabers by flying two B-1 bombers over South Korea. The North Korean’s keep responding to Washington’s aggression with more aimless aggression.

Now let’s talk about how everyone is a complete slave on this planet and how the shackles of the corporate oligarchy are being tightened over virtually everything we do and online.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is pushing for more civil forfeiture. Which means the police can just confiscate whatever you own. Something which they have used to rob people of their cars, property and even their homes.

He wants all police departments to have this extraordinary power, which would let police take assets of anyone they deem suspicious or under legal scrutiny. So now that Jeff Sessions is under legal scrutiny, perhaps it’s time to start seizing his assets. Sadly, the law does not work that way.

Honolulu has decided to make it illegal for people to look at their cell phones when crossing the street. You will get fined; this is for your own good since the government truly cares about you and does not see you as a tax slave, made to pay for their very existence. At some point I see the government giving out tickets for picking your nose since you might get a nosebleed. The government does not care about you; they just want you as another revenue source to finance their criminal organizations.

It’s not just bad here, it’s bad all over the world. Like in Turkey where the government has created a new Taxi service that doubles as a surveillance tool. They spy on you and will give that information to the government, who will probably imprison, torture or execute you.

In more government execution news, China is now forcing their Muslim Minority to install spyware on their phones. That way they can see everything they are doing and also scan their devices for terrorist propaganda. Apple has removed an app that allowed Chinese users to get around censorship filters.

Russia is also considering banning the use of proxies and VPN’s. So that the good, caring government can see everything that you are doing through your IP address and you will have no way of masking your identity. Of course, they are only doing it for your safety.

Now finally some good news, Bolivia has declared ‘Total Independence’ from the World Bank and IMF.

Uruguay has started selling marijuana directly from pharmacies, a move that will likely lower crime, reduce drug cartels and black markets. Overall this will likely improve life for those in Uraguay. I always like to end this news cast on a positive note.

Luke reports live from outside of the Trump Tower on the “day of impeachment”..

Luke:  “There was a lot of comments online about how this was going to be a crazy day with Antifa taking over the streets. Here on the ground it’s quite the contrary, so far we only have a few Trump supporters and around forty anti-Trump activists. So it will be interesting to open up a discourse with these different individuals. I’m going to question both sides logic and discuss their mutual hypocrisy. I want to see if they want to impeach Trump for the right reasons or for the reasons that the media manipulated them.”

On the anti-Trump side Luke saw a lot of people with signs saying things like “Abuse of Power”, some people chanting, “Hey Hey Ho Ho, Donald Trump Has Got to Go”, some pink hats, a make America literate again poster and a guy with Trump puppet coming out of his pants.

Vladimir Putin was also apparently in attendance with the anti-Trump activists , or at least his masked look-alike.

Luke decides to start interviewing on the Trump supporter side, he speaks with a man who identifies himself as Red Pill Ken from Twitter. Luke asks him “Why are you out here supporting Trump?”

Ken responds, “Because an attack on Trump is an attack on Americana, it’s all about red, white and blue regardless of what background your from, if your from Americana, there is nothing wrong with being American first, the other side lost this debate in November when we elected Donald Trump, they seem to be on a pattern of trying to disrupt this man who we put in office and I am out here to give Mr. Trump my support. Also to let people know that most mainstream media is fake, it’s like CNN that’s why I have this t-shirt here, you know what Kathy Gifford did they are fake news, you have to go to different websites like Infowars, Drudge Report and Breitbart to get your news on an alternative point of view.”

Luke, “Are there any policies of Mr. Trump that you are disappointed in?”

Ken, “I’m disappointed that he has not repealed the ‘unaffordable care act’ and also upset about the strike on Syria that wasn’t Mr. Assad’s fault. I wasn’t in support of that at all.”

Luke, “What do you think of Trump aligning himself with the Kurdish rebels near Syria?”

Ken, “This is a mistake that Mr. Trump makes, he likes to give people the responsibility to take over their jobs. McMaster has a different viewpoint than Trump, the president has to get rid of McMaster because he is a globalist that wants to put boots on the ground, that is his mindset. It’s these people that are responsible, although it’s Trump who will be responsible in the tail end. I am asking him to get rid of McMaster. I will be the first one to call our president out when I think he’s crossed the line.”

Luke heads back to the anti-Trump side for an alternative perspective, he speaks with a gentleman who is wearing a black cape, Jesse Jackson for President pin, and a red eye mask.

Luke asks him why he is at the protest, the masked man responds by saying “There are 193 countries on the planet and this is the worst one.”

Luke “Why is it the worst one?”

Masked Man, “Which country causes the most destruction to the planet and to America, than the United States of America?”
Luke comments, “Well if you looks at pollution it is the U.S. the military does produce a lot of pollution.”

Masked Man, “What about the metal monster cars.”

Luke, “What would you say is your biggest problem with Donald Trump, if there was one issue that was important enough.”

Masked Man, “Actually it’s not really against, its sort of sympathetic, the man has an extreme medical problem, every indication is that he’s addicted to cocaine and it’s making him wild and mad and he’s not responsible. Aside from the meat and the alcohol, that he’s a cocaine addict, it’s an excellent excuse for him to get off, what else explains his behavior.”

Luke comments afterwards, “That may not have been the fairest guy to interview. I want to talk to more people to try an get a coherent answer as to why they want to impeach Trump.“

He then interviews another person in a pink hat, who says “I am out here because Donald Trump is a threat to this country and the world.”

Luke, “What do you think the biggest issue you have with Donald Trump, that you think he should be impeached for?”

Pink Hat, “He colluded with Vladimir Putin to become president and he is an unstable narcissist who is incompetent and has no qualifications to be president and I do not believe he won the election fairly.”

Luke, “When you look at Trumps foreign policy, he looks very aggressive towards Russia especially in Syria. Does it worry you that the moves he is making with Saudi Arabia and Israel against Syria and Russia.”

Pink Hat, “Well, it would take awhile for me to explain, but yes I am very unnerved about what he is doing in foreign policy. Not just Russia but also he has been selling us out to China he has been selling us out to the Saudis, he is conducting foreign policy for hire. His son-in-law’s company was basically selling Visa’s to rich Chinese people at the same time that he is deporting working undocumented people, he is selling immigration access to the rich.”

Luke says, “He has also been colluding with Saudi Arabia having donated 100 million dollars to his daughter after a major weapons deal, do you believe the Russian collusion with Putin is really a legitimate reason to impeach him though?”

Pink Hat, “I think that after Robert Mueller releases his report with all of the evidence it will be enough to initiate something.”

Luke returns to the Trump side of the protests, “Let’s see if they are going to stand behind him no matter what, or call him out for some of the mistakes he has made as President.”

Luke spots, a man carrying a Polish flag and introduces himself, Luke asks “Why did you come out here to support Donald Trump?”

Polish Flag Man, “I voted for him obviously, but today there were reports that there would be riots, that there would be a group of Antifa who are basically the communists kids trying to destroy everything, so when I heard they could riot and cause damage to the cities across the country, I’m not having that. Even though I disagree with the anti-Trump people, I disagree with Antifa a hell of a lot more… They don’t want to listen to anybody, even if you mildly disagree with them.”

Luke, “Are there any policies of Trumps that you feel disappointed in?”

Polish Flag Man, “At the moment not really, I was really hoping they would take care of health care though, that has been a severe problem for this country and you see the effects of it on a lot of people. The conservatives have had eight years to come up with a solution and now they are in conflict and can’t come up with something, you guys had all this time…”

Luke, “Are you concerned about him aligning with a group of anarchist and communists, the Kurds inside of Syria in order to fight the Syrian government?

Polish Flag Man, “That was an action of his that I did not really agree with, to attack Assad, especially over that chemical attack, there is conflict about what happened. I wasn’t in support of that, we see the pattern in taking down countries like these and taking down their leaders and the substitution for that will become ISIS. He understands why Putin is aligning with Assad to keep the greater evil out…. I was hoping we could focus on ourselves and fix stuff within.”

Luke, “I know a lot of people like to shift the blame on to McMaster but Trump is the one that appointed him. McMaster is hungry for war with Russia, while Flynn wasn’t, he was kicked out. I think unfairly on some levels and now he has a very pro war guy. They released a memo a couple of days ago saying they will strike Syria again if they use chemical weapons.”

Polish Flag Man, “I completely disagree with that policy, God I hope Trump doesn’t do something stupid… like that.”

Luke speaks with another young man named Tommy, Tommy says “He is just here to protect America, and to protect freedom of speech. These people want to completely change it into some sort of hybrid between communism and fascism. We weren’t expecting a riot this is just a way to protect against the potential of a riot.”

A man sporting an Uncle Sam style costume pulls out a large poster of ‘Michael Moore as Uncle Sam’ that says “I Want You For the Army of Comedy”.

He then he says “We need to control ourselves, because we can not win against ignorance. Let’s dress up, let’s make a mockery of this mockery, this is what we need to do guys. The question is not the answer ever.” to which a anti-trump activist asks “Your with Vladimir Putin right?” to which the man replies, “Pointing at Trump tower, he is with Vladimir Putin, I am very much not with Vladimir Putin.

Luke asks, “Do you think the Russian ties are the main reason for impeachment?”

Army of Comedy man, “I think the Russian ties have got to make us think about impeachment but we also need to think about that, we have eliminated freedom of the press by selectively lying about truths. We are discrediting people by race and religion, the last time that happened was under Adolph Hitler. Everything is a false truth to discredit people that say the truth.”

Luke asks a woman, “What is the most impeachable offense that Trump has committed?”

She says, “The most recent one is his tirades against Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, he has been stalking them, threatened them, harassed them and tried to extort them by threatening them with publishing bad news on them in the National Inquirer. If you or I did that we would be locked up for stalking.”

Luke “Do you think the tweets are the most important aspect of having him impeached?”

She says, “I would say there is a lot of evidence of his crimes in his tweets, the tweeting itself is not a crime, but there is your evidence, right there.”

Luke “A lot of people on the right make the argument that the media has been attacking him unfairly in some instances, whether appropriate or inappropriate what do you make of that argument?”

She replies “I never like to bring up Obama, but the truth is no president has ever been more harassed by media in general than Barrack Obama. How did he take it, like a man, this guy (Trump) takes it like a 12 year old boy that needs to wear diapers. He’s sick….”

Luke “What do you think of Trump’s foreign policies?”

She replies, “What foreign policy, to collude with our enemies, and disrespect our allies, that foreign policy?”

Luke discusses how Trump appears to be making foreign policy moves against Syria and Russia.

She responds, “I feel like that is just a distraction, he is looking to start a war, he is a psycho with the nuclear codes in his pocket and it’s very very dangerous.”

Luke, “who do you think the war would be between.”

She responds, “Probably North Korea…. I don’t know what news your listening to but I listen to the mainstream news. MSNBC and CNN”

Luke, “Do you think they are honest?”

She replies, “Yes I do actually, and him calling them fake news is a complete lie.”

Luke, “By the way, this is the same mainstream media that told us there was weapons of destruction in Iraq.”

She replies, “Well they were fed that information from the Bush Administration and Hillary Clinton believed it to. They often repeat the news as it’s fed, they didn’t lie, when you repeat something that’s given to you as truth from a reliable source such as United States Intel, it’s the U.S. Intel that’s the lie.”

Luke wraps up the video by commenting:

“Not too much logic there, I can’t believe people still believe the mainstream media or the Russian collusion delusion, these things will only lead to more war and more Balkanization. These things are a big distraction put on my the mainstream media and that’s coming from a fair perspective because I think there are legitimate reasons to criticize Donald Trump.

In this video, Luke Rudkowski brings us another insightful weekly news wrap up.

One of the biggest stories this week is the death of the first person Luke ever confronted- Zbiginew Brezinski.  The U.S. mainstream media remembered him as mainly the national security advisor for former President Jimmy Carter.

They neglected to mention that he was a very influential globalist- A co-founder with Henry Kissinger of the Trilateral Commission, and a member of the CFR and Bilderberg groups.

They also didn’t mention that he is the main man responsible for the rise of Al Quaeda, pioneering the U.S. government’s practice of sponsoring radical Islamic terrorists in 1979.

The suicide bombing at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester killed many innocent humans, tragically- mostly children.

With terrorist attacks becoming more frequent in the west, we have to ask ourselves why is this happening?  Unlike much of the alternative media out there, I don’t believe it’s all Muslims.  The inspiration for these attacks comes from Wahhabism- a fanatical and exclusive creed of intolerant regressive Islamists.

Wahhabism in mainly dominant in Saudi Arabia. They believe that Shia Muslims are their enemies, and that women shouldn’t have rights.  These groups which were armed and financed by Brzezinski were also financed by Obama, and now by Trump.
Trump just handed Saudi Arabia- the s a $460 billion dollar arms deal with the main Wahhabist country which is enabling U.S. weapons to be used in war crimes.

Trump claimed Saudi Arabia masterminded 9-11 and now he is further establishing them as the U.S’ main hegemonic power in the middle east, and mainly going against the Shias in Iran.

Salman Abedi– the Manchester suicide bomber was associated with terrorist organizations, and flew an ISIS flag outside of his window while traveling in Libya and Syria.  As a citizen of Britain, he is subjected to constant surveillance, so how did the government miss the terrorist flag waving in their faces?

These terrorist attacks are used as examples to terrify people into accepting more surveillance, so why isn’t the surveillance increase stopping them?  Mass data collection is one factor.. instead of doing targeted surveillance as they collect information on every citizen.  So while the NSA is admittedly looking at your sexts, the bad guys get lost in the mess.

The mass-collection mess is an example of the slave and master mentality between governments and their people- where the owners don’t trust their property and keep them under constant watch.

U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard introduced a bill to end warrantless collection of American’s emails.

When you look at the big picture, you can see the British and American government’s fingerprints on the Jihadi attacks that even the former leader of Libya- Muammar Gaddafi warned us about in 2011. He said if the US & UK governments overthrew him, it would lead to an open door for Jihadis and the slave trade route between Libya and the coast of Italy.

Things are getting worse, as this has been the deadliest month for US-led strikes on Syria. This is, of course creating more terrorists, as people seek vengence for their innocent loved ones who were murdered.

The UK’s intelligence agency says that there are over 23,000 Jihadi’s in Britain, with at least 3,000 posing an imminent threat. It makes you wonder how many of them were financed by the US & UK governments to fight in Libya and Syria for regime change?

Jihadi terrorism isn’t just in the west.. Muslims are not all Wahhabists and the Middle East is also suffering.. Recently in Syria, Wahabist rebel forces who have been financed by the west, murdered more than 80 Syrian children.
And now because of disastrous foreign policy decisions we are all living in this fear-based, order-out-of-chaos reality.

We need to deal with the root of the problem.. The US and UK continue to create a neverending cycle of terrorism by financing, arming, strengthening and emboldening the same forces that they claim to be enemies with, while humanity is being divided by religion, and plurocratic kakistocracy looks down on us, laughing.

In other world news, the US weapons deployed a 3rd aircraft carrier towards North Korea, and an ‘unsafe’ interception by the Chinese of a US surveillance

Also, an ‘unsafe’ interception by the Chinese of a US surveillance plane.  The US and China can’t seem to agree on what to do about North Korea, and it’s likely that this problem is getting worse.

There is more crazy news coming out about the death of Seth Rich- the DNC staffer who is thought by many to be the Wikileaks source for the DNC email leaks, and was mysteriously murdered on the streets of Washington DC.

A GOP lawmaker is calling for a federal investigation of Rich’s death.  Martin Shkreli is offering $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of Seth’s murderer.  And Kim Dotcom claims to have evidence that Rich was Wikileaks source, and then confused many when he said he would only release the information if the US gives him diplomatic immunity to enter the US and provide the evidence to Congress. This is very unlikely as Kim himself likely knows.  The U.S. government doesn’t seem interested in investigating Seth’s death.

Sean Hannity tried to cover Rich’s death and many people are angry and demanding that he is fired. The authenticity of newly leaked FBI documents is being questioned, FOIA documents are being denied.

Why is the establishment so afraid to investigate what happened to Seth?  If it comes out that Seth is the Wikileaks source, it would totally destroy the mainstream media’s heavily invested in the conspiracy theory that Russia hacked the 2016 election.

The mainstream media is mainly a consolidation of 6 giant corporate conglomerates, which is why anyone talking about important issues like the U.S. being the largest financier in the world of Islamic terrorism- is being branded a ‘conspiracy theorist’.

This large boat is from Germany and is being used by a German NGO. The boat will go to Libya and bring back migrants to Europe from there. A loud hailer can be heard across the water.

Tracey listened in on Feinstein’s town hall, where the Senator discussed the situation in Syria, among other topics. She asserted that an aggressive role was necessary in Syria, stating: “the time has come to end it… we have to take a more aggressive role.”

She also discussed Bernie Sanders’ medicare bill, asserting that it is a government “takeover” of healthcare, and furthermore reassured the frantic voters worried the new Red Scare that that the Senate is working to find the “witting agents of Russia” who are in the United States, according to Tracey.

Feinstein Overtly Shows Ignorance To The U.S. Constitution

Feinstein previously made similar inaccurate statements earlier this week at another town hall in San Francisco, where she claimed that Assad has “participated in the killing of a half million of his own people.” With the latest chemical attack being questioned, putting the blame on Assad for an estimated number of deaths there is premature. She later brought up the recent airstrike in Syria ordered by President Trump, which immediately attracted boos from the crowd.

One man in the crowd particularly irritated her. She responded to his heated response to the Syrian airstrike by asserting: “if you believe you know more than I do about it, then you go right ahead, that’s fine with me… but if you want me to speak you’re going to have to let me speak.”

She then claimed “under our Constitution the president has 60 days to take a military action without the approval of Congress, so this President now needs to put together a strategy and come to the Congress before he does anything else, with a strategy, and if he’s asking for a resolution to use military force to do that.”

Contrary to what Feinstein says, there is no such clause in the U.S. Constitution. The War Powers Resolution – likely what Feinstein refers to – is a separate piece of legislation and not an amendment to the U.S. Constitution in any way. As a longtime Senator, this verbal mistake must be humiliating.

According to the U.S. Constitution Article 1 Section 8, only Congress has the authority to declare war. An act of war is essentially the same as a declaration of war throughout history and according to the legal definition. The last time the U.S. officially declared war was during WWII.

Feinstein has received large campaign contributions from Northrop Grumman, a military weapons manufacturer that receives massive contracts from the U.S. government.

President Trump took an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States of America on January 20^th, an oath which is a treasured and sacred tradition in U.S. culture. Within months of making that oath, unknowingly or not, he has already violated the Constitution.

Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution claims that only Congress has the authority to declare war. It is difficult to then measure if it is legal for the president to authorize acts of war without Congress. After all, isn’t an act of war similar to a declaration of war? In many cases of history, an act of war is a declaration of war. The United States Congress is supposed to formalize this process by declaring war based on the will of their constituents.

2. The War Powers Resolution Bypasses The Constitution And Congress

Since the Constitution is a little unclear on when a U.S. president can authorize attacks, the War Powers Resolution came about during the Vietnam War. The resolution states that:

“The constitutional powers of the President as Commander-in-Chief to introduce United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, are excercised only pursuant to (1) a declaration of war, (2) specific statutory authorization, or (3) a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.”

In other words, the president is only allowed to authorize attacks with a declaration of war, “specific statutory authorization,” or a national emergency brought about by some sort of attack. It is questionable if these scenarios match the airstrike bombing that was carried out on Syria April 6^th.

For this reason, Senator Rand Paul had urged President Trump to come to the halls of Congress and carry out a debate there before committing any further actions:

President Trump followed up with a letter to Congress (below) arguing that all he has to do is inform Congress, however, depending on how you interpret the text of the War Powers Resolution, specifically “specific statutory authorization,” this might not be the case.

Regardless, it is difficult to imagine the writers of the Constitution to have envisioned the President with unlimited military control, only having to inform Congress of each action he directs. Even if it means that troops are pulled out within 60 days, as required in section 5(b) of the law.

An act of war is something that you cannot take back once it happens, and if an act of war triggers an international war, it is easy to become involved in an unconstitutional war, following the War Powers Resolution.

Furthermore, there is no evidence from recent history that illustrates a President will actually follow the requirements in the War Powers Resolution verbatim, considering the last declaration of war was in 1941, and we have had several years-long conflicts in the years following.

3. There Is No Proof Assad Ordered The Chemical Attacks

This one is pretty simple. If there is “no doubt” Assad ordered the Chemical attacks as U.S. officials have alleged, then there should be no need for a further investigation, right?

However, recent reports have surfaced from multiple media outlets that the Pentagon is investigating possible Russian involvement in the attack. In other words, This illustrates that some people high up in the U.S. political community aren’t so sure that it was Assad who ordered the chemical attacks.

UN officials from Kazakhstan also aren’t convinced that Assad is behind the attacks, and called for further investigations into the attacks today in an emergency UN Security Council meeting.

4. It Violates Geneva Convention International Law

The Geneva Convention are a set of international laws for armed conflict for any country involved in the treaty. The Geneva Convention which took place on August 12, 1949 specifically outlaws the use of terrorism, which is defined according the the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.”

To be fair, this definition should hold true no matter who the perpetrator is, right?

In Trump’s speech announcing the Syrian attacks, he said that “Years of previous attempts at changing Assad’s behavior have all failed and failed very dramatically,” meaning that part of the intent behind this attack was to coerce the Syrian government by the use of force for a political objective. This seems very close to what has been defined as terrorism.

This isn’t the only time Trump has supported the breaking of Geneva Convention rules, as a presidential candidate, he campaigned for breaking these rules by campaigning to kill the families of terrorists saying, “when you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families.” The “willful killing” of civilians is considered a grave breach of the Geneva Convention. 5. The Attack Killed Children After Being Justified By Another Attack That Killed Children

In an emotional speech, Trump was asserting that Assad’s alleged attack produced “a slow and brutal death for so many” including “beautiful babies,” furthermore asserting that “no child of god should ever suffer such horror.”

After making a clear effort to illustrate the fact that innocent civilians were killed in the recent chemical attack on Syria, Trump announced his decision to airstrike Syria:

It turns out that the attack authorized by President Trump did the same thing, specifically killing four children according to reports. Many mothers tell their kids that “two wrongs don’t make a right” perhaps these words of wisdom should be relayed to our president.

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum has approved concealed guns without a permit in the state following South Dakota Governor Daugaard vetoing a similar bill.

North Dakota has historically supported gun rights, but this brings the people of North Dakota that much closer to the Second Amendment rights so many have been adamantly calling on the state to support.

Many will say, “Guns make a society less safe!”, but as a matter of fact, it’s quite the opposite.
According to the FBI,

“Between 2008 and 2009, the FBI’s preliminary numbers indicate that murders fell nationally by 10 percent and by about 8 percent in cities that have between 500,000 and 999,999 people. Washington’s population is about 590,000. During that same period of time, murders in the District fell by an astounding 25 percent, dropping from 186 to 140. The city only started allowing its citizens to own handguns for defense again in late 2008. Examining all the multiple-victim public shootings in the United States from 1977 to 1999 shows that on average, states that adopt right-to-carry laws experience a 60% drop in the rates at which the attacks occur, and a 78% drop in the rates at which people are killed or injured from such attacks. The NSC estimates that in 1995, firearm accidents accounted for 1.5% of fatal accidents. Larger percentages of fatal accidents were accounted for by motor vehicle accidents (47%), falls (13.5%), poisonings (11.4%), drowning (4.8%), fires (4.4%), and choking on an ingested object (3.0%). “Violent crime rates are highest overall in states with laws severely limiting or prohibiting the carrying of concealed firearms for self-defense”.

Much of the fear regarding guns is based on just that, fear. There is no logic to it.

People want the government to protect them from that which they fear, but that’s how you end up with a nanny state as well as a police state, slowly deconstructing any remaining civil liberties and eventually putting you into absolute servitude to the state.

People can hide from that which can be involved in a dangerous act, but take that far enough and then we’d have to stop using cars, stairs, knives, water, food, etc. All of the above cause more accidents than inanimate guns.

Defense is one of the most crucial parts of civil liberties. Survival. To defend against incoming threats from thieves, murderers, foreign assaults and domestic tyranny. If Germans were able to carry guns under Hitler, it’s unlikely Hitler would have been able to throw so many in camps.

Just as if the people of Chicago could carry guns, it’s unlikely there would have been 762 murders in 2016.
If we’re going to talk about rights, let’s be consistent and stand for all rights, especially the right of survival.

The technology will use automation and algorithms to detect faces and objects in video footage captured by on-body camera systems Vocativ reported.

The development of such advanced technology suggests that body cameras, which are already being worn by police departments across the country, could soon become powerful surveillance tools capable of identifying different objects, events, and people encountered by officers on the street.

While the idea is to use machine learning algorithms to speed up the process of combing through and redacting hours of video footage by allowing police to use keywords to search through video footage. And it’s worth noting that the current version of the technology doesn’t include facial recognition the company has previously stated to Bloomberg that they are working on implementing such Orwellian technology.

“If we think about that situation in Minnesota, maybe that officer did have some preconceptions about Castile, and maybe they were unhelpful preconceptions,” Rick Smith Taser’s chief executive officer said. “If the officer had known that Castile didn’t have a violent police record, as has been reported, his death might have been averted. “The more we can help reduce that uncertainty, the better.”

Such an implementation will be a major privacy risk, especially since there are no known current federal laws preventing police from searching through large databases to track someone’s every movement.

Where it will be good to catch real criminals if laws are not put into place to limit such technologies use to catching kidnappers and terrorist we could quickly be living in a “Strange Days” type of dystopia where the police can scan your every move. And even if there are laws that doesn’t necessarily mean that the people in charge are going to follow them so while this technology may make us “safer” it’s literally building the framework for a police state.

What’s scarier is it’s already starting in New York, the government privately asked surveillance companies to pitch a vast camera system they could install on bridges and tunnels that would scan and identify people who drive in and out of New York City.

Facebook already uses this type of technology with deep face so if you think such a technology is impossible you aren’t paying attention.

A Vocativ reporter talked to a Taser representative, and the conversation was mind-blowing, to say the least highlighting how far they want to take this new technology that is incredibly frightening.

“To clarify, Dextro’s system offers computer vision techniques to identify faces and other objects for improving the efficiency of the redaction workflow. AI enables you to become more targeted when needed,” Steve Tuttle, Taser’s vice president of communications, he said.

That means, he explained, that “you can show where a face starts in a video” to speed up a search, but that the technology “doesn’t identify individual faces or people.”

The company claims that its use of AI will be focused on “efficient categorization, semantic understanding, and faster redaction” of video footage as a method of “reducing paper work and enabling officers to focus on what matters.”

“Police officers are spending most of their time entering information into computers” about their interactions in the field, Smith said during the webcast. “We want to automate all of that.”

To further your paranoia, a Department of Justice study published last year found that at least nine different body camera manufacturers either currently support face recognition in their products or plan to add the feature later. To make you even more scared of big brother watching over your shoulder, a recent Georgetown University Law report, found that nearly half of American adults have been entered into their local law enforcement’s face recognition database. Increasing the chance that any random person walking down the street can be identified by the system allowing an unknown cop to track someone in secret in the protection of the excuse “I’m just doing my job” a very scary thought indeed.

For now, if you want to avoid this type of surveillance there is all sorts of technology and clothing that you can buy but there is no telling when this clothing and technology will become obsolete.

Instead, the U.S. interfered in Libya in order to overthrow its president, Muammar Gaddafi, who was creating a gold-backed currency that could have threatened the U.S. dollar.

The result? Libya is now a failed state that has turned into a hotbed for sectarian violence and radical Islamic terrorists.

2. Obama’s War on Due Process – Obama not only made it legal, he carried out a program that bypassed due process and assassinated U.S. citizens using drone strikes. He had a “kill list,” which included the names of American citizens.

The attempt to overthrow Assad met a major obstacle when Russia stepped in and threatened the U.S. Obama responded by creating a secret program supporting Syrian rebel groups with Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Israel.

The result? ISIS.

4. Obama’s war on journalists, whistleblowers and privacy – During his time in office, Obama spread a culture of fear and paranoia, not only expanding the surveillance state, but also declaring a war on journalists and whistleblowers.

As president of the United States, Obama has used the Espionage Act to persecute journalists and whistleblowers more than all previous presidents combined.

The result? Obama created a safe space for Trump to continue this war.

5. Obama’s War on Truth – Under the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, Obama repealed a law banning U.S. propaganda from being used on American citizens. Because of this, it is now legal for the U.S. government to lie to its own people.

Under the 2017 NDAA, Obama approved a provision that allegedly seeks to to “counter propaganda and disinformation directed at the United States” by creating a government center to monitor content.

The result? Obama created a legal way to suppress free speech.

Obama won a Nobel Peace Prize. He came into power under the banner of Hope and Change. Meanwhile, he has bombed seven countries, dropping over 26,000 bombs in 2016 alone. His speech will not mention this. The mainstream media will work to suppress these important facts.

Requesting an absurd amount of $2,500,000, Jill Stein has raised an estimated total of $1,053,580.68 so far in less then 24 hours.

Although a spokeswoman for Jill Stein said the “campaign has not yet filed the official paperwork for the recounts and that the campaign requires $2 million to pay for the filing fees and the actual recount process.” Deadlines are looming with only days remaining. The deadlines are Friday in Wisconsin, Monday in Pennsylvania and Wednesday in Michigan.

Jill Stein launched the campaign citing hacks during the run for the White House, including voter and party database hacking and email accounts.

Although there was no evidence of voting fraud presented, Stein claims that some of the election machines used in Wisconsin “were banned in California because they were highly vulnerable to hacking and malicious reprogramming.”

“Reported hacks into voter and party databases and individual email accounts are causing many Americans to wonder if our election results are reliable,” said Stein in a statement on her website.

Last week election “security experts” were urging Hillary Clinton’s campaign to contest the results and investigate the swing states that Stein is now pushing for an audit of the election results.

“The only way to know whether a cyberattack changed the result is to closely examine the available physical evidence?—?paper ballots and voting equipment in critical states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, nobody is ever going to examine that evidence unless candidates in those states act now, in the next several days, to petition for recounts,” said J. Alex Halderman, Professor of Computer Science at University of Michigan.

Previously, Hillary supporters were pushing to have the electoral college removed and then they were trying to have the electoral college switch their votes in a viral petition that received 3,000,000 signatures that were likely probably not all from the U.S. but from all over the world.

Jill Stein wouldn’t benefit from an audit of the vote according to the New York Times, Stein received a measly 1.1% of the vote in Michigan and Wisconsin and 0.8% in Pennsylvania. So there is no chance in hell a recount could benefit her in any way shape or form, but it could potentially benefit Hillary Clinton. Jill Stein has previously attacked Clinton, saying Trump is a better choice than Hillary and that “Hillary would cause nuclear war.”

It seems the 2016 election insanity isn’t over yet. What will the results of the audit of the vote uncover on both sides? Because, it’s happening..

The question must be asked. What happens if vote rigging is found on the Republican side? Donald Trump v.s. Hillary Clinton. They both suck, but which one is more dangerous? In a video uploaded to Youtube, Marty pleads to the public that if something happens to him the people preventing him from receiving care, “Ortiz, the Department of Justice, The U.S. marshals and the Donald W. I detention facility,” will be responsible.

Although people are preventing him from seeking medical attention, it can’t be ignored that Marty brought this upon himself by refusing to eat and is now refusing fluids. A nurse told We Are Change if Marty continues with his hunger and fluid strike, he will more than likely have a cardiac event based on the fact that he has continued his strike for over a month. Marty released the following statement:

“I’m caving to pressure from Ortiz’s office and the Marshals Wyatt is still not taking me to the hospital despite the fact that my kidneys hurt. They appear to be waiting for a cardiac event despite the fact that detainees have died on route from here to the hospital before. If something should happen to me, the responsible parties will be – Carmen Ortiz’s office, U.S. marshals and the Donald WI. detention facility. I’m now being punished my communication has been unduly restricted I’m unable to call my attorneys and my wife on the same day.  As I’m only allowed a single phone call. I’m locked in a small room 24 hours a day without no phone. They are penalizing for my hunger strike in an obvious attempt to break it.

The CO’s discussed food piteously within my hearing and [inaudible] the past 24 hours. And I’m currently talking from a telephone where I used to [inaudible] despite the excuse that this is too far away from [inaudible] to make more then one phone call or to sit and watch TV reasonable accommodations are not being made I belong in the hospital. This is going to eventually leave me no choice but to exercise vigorously in an attempt to force the move of injustices exercised by Carmen Ortiz office are truly breath-takin.

I am thankful that Rolling Stone, The Huffington Post and others are publishing the truth regarding what happen to Justina at the Boston children’s hospital. However, I now have a better understanding of why Aaron Swartz who Ortiz’s office publicly compared to a rapist took his own life. If anything does happen to me it will be the responsibility of Ortiz, the Department of Justice, The U.S. marshals and the Donald W. I detention facility” said, Martin Gottesfeld.

Marty has since been moved to another facility in NY and is in solitary confinement following his refusal for fluids and is on his 44th day of his hunger strike.

It’s not a criminal offense to upload and support a YouTube video if the claims that Marty participated in a DDoS attack are solely based upon speculation of a YouTube video announcing an Anonymous operation against the Boston Children’s Hospital for its abuse of Justina Pelletier. That is not culpability for reason of guilt.

However, as to be expected, the ‘tolerant liberals’ have taken to the streets to violently protest and riot against this victory. So triggered by the fact that their paradigm of censorship, a sugar coated reality and their wishes for the continuation of a status quo government have been shattered.

The phrase ‘Love Trumps Hate’ has become incredibly ironic, given that the almost all of the hatefulness and violence has been initiated by Hillary’s minions harassing and physically harming Trump supporters throughout this election cycle, and only increased in severity since the start of the Trump protests.

When interviewed by CNN, a protester alarmingly went so far as to state that “there will be casualties on both sides, there will be, because people have to die to make a change in this world.” Clearly inciting extreme violence and exemplifying the intolerance of the ‘progressive’ left for any diversity of opinion. Hillary Clinton lost the election, and with this, the Democrats’ dream of a society which panders to a politically correct agenda and suppresses freedom of speech has been diminished if not destroyed. The countless tactics and lies told about Trump and his supporters failed to manipulate voters. The people of America rightfully distrusted the mainstream media, their polls showed Trump could have never succeeded, yet here we are, with Trump having won electoral votes by a clear margin.

In an article by The Washington Post on Thursday, Asra Q. Nomani, a female Muslim immigrant, explains why she voted for Trump, and rejected the lies told by the left to smear Trump’s name. Stating very accurately that we’re seeing a “liberal honor brigade” that is “shutting up and silencing people who disagree,” Nomani also stated that “the liberals and the left have really betrayed America” when it comes to addressing real and prominent issues.

As the results began to come in from each state, it became more and more evident that a Trump presidency was likely. States like Pennsylvania, with a history of voting Democrat, went Republican. Like we’ve seen with Brexit, this momentous victory for Trump marks a populist uprising against a system run by corrupt career politicians who have provided nothing for the citizens of America for so long. The American people have taken a stance against transgressing into a society of cultural Marxism pushed by the left, rejected a politically correct narrative, and elected Donald J Trump to be the 45th President of the United States.
