The reported action follows a lengthy investigation started in 2010 into the Wikileaks founder and his organization by the U.S. Justice Department, after former U.S. Army intelligence analyst Bradley Manning (now Chelsea Manning) gave WikiLeaks thousands of U.S. cables and a video of military firing at civilians in Afghanistan.

The potential prosecution of Assange isn’t sitting well with many in President Trump’s base, including popular author Mike Cernovich.

The joint investigation is reportedly focusing on either a CIA employee or an independent contractor who had access to thousands of top-secret documents about the CIA’s methods of hacking into smartphones, smart televisions, and computers, according to CBS News.

The investigation involves the names of hundreds of individuals who may have had access to the materials.

The CBS report noted that the breach was potentially the worst security breach in CIA history.

Last week, CIA Director Mike Pompeo lambasted Wikileaks, calling the whistleblower organization a “non-state hostile intelligence service.”

“It’s time to call out Wikileaks for what it really is, a non-state hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia,” Pompeo said.

During his anger filled rant, Pompeo noted how Wikileaks was encouraging its ‘followers’ to work for the CIA, in order to steal its secrets.

WikiLeaks has alleged that it obtained the CIA data from former contractors who worked for U.S. intelligence. The CIA has not commented on the authenticity of the WikiLeaks disclosures or on the status of the investigation.

The leak exposed thousands of vulnerabilities in software to hardware and IoT (Internet Of Things) devices.

Blumenauer voiced his support for the “amazing progress” the marijuana legalization movement has made, pleading with the federal government to update its current stance considering legalized marijuana is bringing in nine-figure tax revenue, as reported by Fortune.

Blumenauer’s state of Oregon raked in more than $60 million in state tax revenue from legal pot sales last year. Oregon also opened up the nation’s first marijuana home delivery service this year, and the state’s revenue is expected to grow tremendously. Colorado topped a whopping $200 million dollars in revenue.

Polls indicate increased support for marijuana legalization is at an all-time high of 60% in the U.S., as reported by Gallup.

November’s election added four new states to those in favor of legalizing recreational cannabis while another four states legalized medicinal use of the plant.

However, the problem remains that cannabis is still illegal on the federal level – while legal at various state levels, creating a conflict worthy of the nation’s original debate on state versus federal power. The new administration of President Donald Trump is further complicating the situation with mixed signals from Attorney General Jeff Sessions on how he intends to treat marijuana distributors in the states that have chosen to legalize cannabis.

President Trump expressed partial support for medical legalization in an interview with recently ousted Fox News host Bill O’Reilly.

“In some ways I think it’s good and in other ways it’s bad. I do want to see what the medical effects are. I have to see what the medical effects are and, by the way — medical marijuana, medical? I’m in favor of it a hundred percent. But what you are talking about, perhaps not. It’s causing a lot of problems out there,” Trump said.

In February, Blumenauer was part of a bi-partisan group of lawmakers that created the Congressional Cannabis Caucus, whose goal is to reform federal marijuana policy to enable growth in the legal billion dollar marijuana industry.

Blumenauer was also a leading force behind a series of bills called the “Path to Marijuana Reform,” which includes legislation that would update the federal tax code if passed, fixing an issue faced by many legal businesses that can’t claim deductions for tax credit. Another bill Blumenauer backed under the reform package introduced by Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard advocated for the federal decriminalization of marijuana. The bills seeks to remove marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act and regulate the drug like alcohol.

“Our outdated policies on marijuana are having devastating ripple effects on individuals and communities across the country,” Gabbard said.

North Korea’s state television aired the footage of the performance on Sunday, a day after a huge display of military might for a parade in Pyongyang, marking the 105th birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung.

The singing was accompanied by footage of a missile test fire in February which, in the video, was later joined by other missiles passing over a CGI Pacific Ocean exploding into giant balls of flames when they hit their target — the United States.

The video ended with a picture of the American flag in flames, with several white crosses in a cemetery as the Korean flag emerged unscathed.

“When the performance was over, all the performers and participants in the military parade broke into enthusiastic cheers of ‘hurrah!’,” state run KCNA news agency said.

State TV footage showed leader Kim smiling and waving in response to the video.

“The Dear Supreme Leader waved back to them and congratulated the artistes on their successful performance,” KCNA said.

In a letter to U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson stated that Iran remained compliant with the 2015 deal, but said he was concerned about the country’s role as a state sponsor of terrorism Reuters reported.

“Iran remains a leading state sponsor of terror through many platforms and methods,” Tillerson wrote, adding that he was alerting Congress “to an effort directed by the President to evaluate whether continuing to lift sanctions would be in U.S. national security interests.”

As part of the deal, the State Department must notify Congress every 90 days on Iran’s compliance under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

“The U.S. Department of State certified to U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan today that Iran is compliant through April 18 with its commitments under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action,” Tillerson said in a statement.

“President Donald J. Trump has directed a National Security Council-led interagency review of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action that will evaluate whether suspension of sanctions related to Iran pursuant to the JCPOA is vital to the national security interests of the United States,” Tillerson added.

He did not specify how long the review would take or what the review would entail but said in the letter to Ryan that the administration looked forward to working with Congress on the issue.

The nuclear deal was struck in July 2015 after 18 long months of negotiations between the U.S., U.K., China, France and Russia, Germany, and Iran. The deal established a commitment with Iran to limit its development of nuclear material in return for the lifting of oil and financial sanctions against the country.

President Trump has referred to the agreement as “the worst deal ever negotiated.”

Meanwhile, Defense Secretary James Mattis slammed Iran on Wednesday for destabilizing the middle east and stated that:

“We will have to overcome Iran’s efforts to destabilize yet another country and create another militia in their image of Lebanese Hezbollah but the bottom line is we are on the right path for it.”

Kelly disclosed on Tuesday that there have been at least 37, “ISIS-linked plots to attack our country,” since 2013, a number that shows no signs of decreasing any time soon with renewed calls for jihad on the U.S.

“We don’t know their intentions,” Kelly said during an address at George Washington University. “We don’t know why they’re here or why they’re coming. We are completely blind to what they’re capable of.”

Terrorists continue to embed themselves inside American communities across the country, according to Kelly, who said that in just the past year there have been, “36 homegrown terrorist cases in 18 states.”

“We’ve seen an unprecedented spike in homegrown terrorism,” Kelly said. “These are the cases we know about—homegrown terrorism is notoriously difficult to predict and control.”

Terrorists in the United States are plotting attacks “every single day,” according to Kelly.

Kelly disclosed the problem against radical suicidal terrorists — there is no way to prevent someone from blowing themselves up.

“I tell you, without exaggeration, they try to carry out this mission each and every single day and no one can tell you how to stop it. No one,” he said.

The United States, he continued, is “under attack” from a variety of bad actors, including “failed states, cyber-terrorists, vicious smugglers, and sadistic radicals.”

“And we are under attack every single day,” he said. “The threats are relentless.”

America lacks the ability to properly vet individuals when they attempt to enter the country, according to Kelly, who warned that scores of radicalized individuals are trying each day to enter America.

“We don’t get to vet them,” Kelly said. “We don’t know their intentions. We don’t know they’re here. They slip into our country unnoticed, living among us, and we are completely blind as to what they are capable of.”

“These threats just scrape the surface of the danger posed to America by terrorists inside and outside of the country,” Kelly said.

“This is all bad news, but it gets much worse,” he explained. “Experts estimate that perhaps 10,000 citizens of Europe have joined the caliphate in Syria and Iraq. Thousands more are from nations in Asia, Africa and the Western Hemisphere. They have learned how to make IEDs, employ drones to drop ordnance, and acquired experience on the battlefield that by all reports they are bringing back home.”

These highly trained fighters are likely to return to their countries of origin and “wreak murderous havoc” across Europe, Asia, and the United States, among other nations.

“Many are citizens of countries in our Visa Waiver Program, they can more easily travel to the United States which makes us a prime target for their exported violence,” he said.

The threat to America “has metastasized and decentralized, and the risk is as threatening today as it was that September morning almost 16 years ago,” Kelly warned.

“We are under attack from terrorists both within and outside of our borders,” he said. “They are without conscience, and they operate without rules. They despise the United States, because we are a nation of rights, laws, and freedoms. They have a single mission, and that is our destruction.”

The threat of terrorism that used to be intelligence agencies setting up individuals to carry out entrapment missions, then raiding them or occasionally allowing some plots by mistake or on purpose — i.e. the first world trade bombing in 1993, we have reached a new plateau as real threats are manifesting — it’s no longer imaginary terror plots.

The saying that, “you are more likely to slip in a bathtub and die than be killed by a terrorist,” has become irrelevant as more and more lone-wolves are planning attacks. Kori Ali Muhammad, 39, shouted “Allahu Akbar” as police tackled him to the ground after killing people at random which were spread out over four different locations, Police Chief Jerry Dyer said.

Police have not stated whether this was believed to be an act of terrorism or not.

“What we know is that this was a random act of violence,” Dyer said. “There is every reason to believe he acted alone.”

The police chief added that he is racist against white people.

“He does not like white people, and he has anti-government sentiments,” the chief said.

A witness said the suspect carried a large handgun and shot a man repeatedly in a front yard on Fulton Street north of Nevada Avenue, then reloaded at a bus stop south of Nevada. The witness stated that the suspect got into an SUV with an unknown female driver and sped away Fresnobee reported.

The first gunshots were heard around 10:45 a.m. Muhammad shot into a PG&E vehicle killing the passenger. The driver sped away and drove to Fresno Police headquarters where he told the police what was happening.

Muhammad continued walking down the street and opened fire at another bystander but missed. Shortly after, he encountered a third person and shot and killed them.

He then continued to the area of Catholic Charities where he shot and killed an additional person in the parking lot.

Mohammad’s alleged youtube channel has been found with some interesting disturbing videos.

In one of his videos, he raps about killing white devils wearing a cross over his head.

In another entitled “BlacK illuminati Phase II” he is seen in a hood talking to the camera saying “murder mayhem that’s what you get when your f**king with me.”

H-1B visas are intended for foreign nationals in occupations that generally require higher education, including science, engineering or computer programming.

“Right now, widespread abuse in our immigration system is allowing American workers of all backgrounds to be replaced by workers brought in from other countries,” Trump said.

“Right now H-1B visas are awarded in a totally random lottery, and that’s wrong. Instead, they should be given to the most skilled and highest paid applicants, and they should never, ever be used to replace Americans.”

As Trump closes in on his 100th day in office, this new order is seen by many of his supporters as a way to attempt to make good on his “America First” campaign pledge.

A few of those accused include — Former CIA Director John O. Brennan, New York Senator Chuck Schumer, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) President David Cohen and Henri Barkey, Director of the Middle East Program at Wilson Center.

The accused are suspected of being linked to the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) allegedly run by its exiled Turkish cleric Fetullah Gulen based in Pennsylvania.

In wake of the violent coup last July, tens of thousands of FETO suspects have been arrested, including many in the armed forces, police, judicial system, education and business sector Anadolu Agency reported.

Turkish military drove tanks into the streets and dropped bombs on Istanbul and Ankara from jets before having their coup cut short by Turkish loyalist military.

The failed coup left 249 people dead and nearly 2,200 injured.

Although many called the move a political move on part by Ankara, that was issued right before the Turkish referendum to expand Erdogan’s presidential powers.

“To have a big indictment of the former head of the CIA, the former US prosecutor from New York, this is one more little reminder to the public that these nasty foreigners are the ones who organized the coup attempt,” Henri Barkey one of the accused said in an interview with The Independent.

Gulen denied any involvement in the bloody conflict and blamed Erdogan stating the latter that it was a move, “orchestrated to justify a clampdown on civil rights.”

“I condemn in the strongest terms, the attempted military coup in Turkey,” Fetullah Gulen said.

This Saturday another evacuation bus was bombed in Idlib with the mainstream media peddling the narrative that the Syrian government was responsible by implying the suspected Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) came from the Government side and that the town was Government held. Despite Syrian Girl’s video showing a man explain the latter, that rebels lured children to the area with bags of chips shortly before the explosion in a deplorable act of evil.

“There was a car that was distributing potato chips so then the kids started to run after it then it exploded,” a Syrian man said.

Another woman collaborated the man’s account of the events stating they scattered chips and “tried to gather as much children around the vehicle as once.”

In 2015, during a separate event, Syrian children were dressed up as Isis hostages and put into a death cage in an anti-Assad protest. The Cleveland Police are searching for a suspect who self-proclaimed to have shot and killed at least one man live on Facebook Sunday afternoon.

The suspect has been identified as Steve Stephens 6 foot 1, weighs 244 pounds and is bald with a full beard.

He was last seen driving a white Ford Fusion with temporary tag E363630.

The suspect was last seen wearing a dark blue, and gray or black striped polo shirt according to descriptions.

The murder happened on East 93rd in Cleveland. Police said the shooter “broadcast the killing on Facebook Live and has claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which are yet to be verified.”

The man posted on Facebook: “I killed 15 today because of Joy Lane.” Stephens called his murder spree his “Easter day slaughter.”

Here in a video, we can see him claim to have killed 13 people, which makes the total number questionable.

The Cleveland Division of the FBI has been called in and is assisting in the ongoing investigation and manhunt.

Stephens is considered extremely armed and dangerous if seen notify authorities immediately.

The Mayor Frank Jackson and Chief of Police Calvin Williams are expected to give a press conference shortly.

Williams has said that Stephens needs to turn himself in. “Everybody is out there looking for Steve,” he said during a press conference Fox reported.

He added that there are no other victims that they know of contradicting Stephens own claims that he murdered 14 other people.

A Youtube Livestream showed the potential suspect being pulled over by authorities but was later deemed not to be the man.

UPDATE 4/17: Police are still looking for Stephens and are also still investigating the case. The mayor and chief of police have both spoken on the matter. The chief of police is calling for Stevens to turn himself in, and the mayor has said that they are communicating with him and that he will be caught.

“As far as we know, right now, we don’t know where he’s at,” Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said. “The last location we actually had him was at the homicide at 93rd Street just north of St. Clair. Anything else right now is kind of speculation. Again, we have investigations going all over this country trying to pinpoint his actual location.”

Police have warned that misinformation is being spread on Stephens and have urged the media to use its Twitter feed for up to date accurate information.

Another press conference was issued at 9 A.M. EST where Police Chief Calvin Williams gave an update into the manhunt of Steve Stephens. He stated that there was no additional victims linked to the Facebook incident as of now and the suspect’s location was unknown.

Although KDSK reported that Stephen’s phone was pinged and the location returned was Erie, Pensylvania.

Early this morning North Korea attempted to fire a missile which resulted in a failed explosion on its launch pad.

The missile came after North Korea displayed its military might in a parade for the North’s “Day of the Sun” celebrations, to mark the anniversary of the nation’s founding president Kim Il-sung.

“This morning’s provocation from the North is just the latest reminder of the risks each one of you face every day in the defense of the freedom of the people of South Korea and the defense of America in this part of the world,” Pence told American troops at a military base in Seoul during Easter services.

Pence said that America’s resolve to help South Korea “has never been stronger,” adding: “Under President Trump’s leadership, we’re going to rebuild our military.”

“Our commitment to this historic alliance with the courageous people of South Korea has never been stronger,” the Vice President said.
“With your help, and with God’s help, freedom will ever prevail on this peninsula.”

The White House stated that it believed the latest test launch involved a medium-range ballistic missile and that it did not involve an inter-continental ballistic missile.

The missile blew up “almost immediately” after it was attempted from the east coast city of Sinpo, US Navy Commander Dave Benham said.

“North Korea showing a variety of offensive missiles at yesterday’s military parade and daring to fire a ballistic missile today is a show of force that threatens the whole world,” South Korea’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The North has warned of a nuclear strike against the United States if provoked.

As a defector of the regime Ung-gil Lee, a former corporal in the 11th Storm Corps has warned that the North trained to infiltrate the South to kidnap tourist as a measure if war were to break out.

“We would sneak into the South, change our clothing, go into areas where there are lots of foreigners and capture some of them,” he said.

“We memorized locations, phone numbers and the car number plates of major embassies.”

China has urged the two powers to keep a dialogue open and avoid war at all cost.

The rally started off quite quietly with only approximately 20 police and flimsy, orange, plastic fencing that would not be strong enough to keep both sides apart.

One man sarcastically offered a Pepsi, no doubt in reference to the recent, controversial commercial by Pepsi featuring Kendall Jenner. A loud shout of “You’re a fascist!” can be heard.

Rudkowski had to put a gas mask on when pepper spray was sprayed into the crowd. Luke repeatedly mentioned that the police were doing absolutely noting to keep the two sides apart.

After a while Luke thanked everyone for watching his live stream on YouTube and he moved the coverage over to a live broadcast on the We Are Change Facebook page.

Some fighting broke out and there was a bang and then smoke. A few minutes later, again, another bang. People could be heard shouting “USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!”. A man can be heard shouting “INCOMING!! HOLD THE LINE!!! HOLD THE LINE!!!”

Lauren Southern, seen here in protective gear, was not deterred by the volatile scene as she filmed the event side by side with Luke.

Poole reported that a group had seized a dumpster and were pushing it down an ally.

12:39PM – Luke can be heard saying, “We are live right now, Berkeley, at the free speech rally, there has been a lot of people hurt, police have totally stood down, a massive riot has virtually just unfolded, a lot of people have been seriously hurt…a lot of rocks being thrown. The situation has definitely escalated.” Shouts of, “Get the commies off the streets! Get the commies off the streets!”, can be heard. A massive bang goes off. Luke says, “Eardrums are done”. Shouts of, “Commies go home! Commies go home!”, can be heard.

Antifa has fireworks and explosives. Glass can be heard smashing. Luke says, “Bricks are being thrown”.

The scene looked like a chaotic war zone, Antifa were seen being chased along the street and people were seen being beaten as smoke covered the streets.

An Antifa member is seen being punched, hard, directly in the face by a Trump supporter.

Police were filmed standing around acting oblivious as the two groups collided over and over with some people getting seriously injured clearly failing to do their jobs and enforce the rule of law.

According to reports, a military convoy of eight surface-to-air missiles, apart of Russia’s Air Defence, were on the move.The S400 anti-aircraft missiles were moved to Vladivostok, where Russia has a major navy base.

The dramatic move was unconfirmed by the Russian government, but was spotted by dozens of residents in the border city and posted on social media.This comes as North Korea warned that they are prepared for all-out war with the US, while China pleads for the two countries to back down from escalation warning there will be no victor if there is war.

On Friday, China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi warned that “conflict could break out at any moment”.

“We call on all parties to refrain from provoking and threatening each other and not to let the situation get to an irreversible and unmanageable stage,” Wang said.

Air China, has canceled flights from Beijing to Pyongyang, amid fears of an escalation in the region.

While the Japanese have begun planning efforts to evacuate their 60,000 citizens from South Korea.

Since the footage has emerged, fears have risen that North Korea could become the powder keg that sparks conflict involving the US, China, and Russia.

Which would undoubtedly ignite World War III.

Both China and Russia trade with North Korea but it’s unclear whether China will side with North Korea or the U.S. in a military conflict after meeting with Donald Trump and turning back North Korean coal.

Another video showed Chinese military moving anti-aircraft missiles although the footage has been found to have been uploaded in March according to Epochtimes.
